AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!!! I had to have our 2008 Avenger worked on. Derrick did an excellent job of making sure everything was taken care. Wonderful Experience I made an appointment as I had to work. The work was to take 45-60 minutes. I got in and out in an hour, including check in, check out and cashier. Recall work on air bag issue. Where Landmark Dodge in Belton gave me a run around for months on getting recall parts in for my Dodge Ram 1500. I gave up and called Lee's Summit Ch Where Landmark Dodge in Belton gave me a run around for months on getting recall parts in for my Dodge Ram 1500. I gave up and called Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had it installed within a week after calling them. Will go back to Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram when I am ready to buy another vehicle. Service department was awesome. More

Service Department I have had my car for 2 years now and I'm getting a little tired of the service department. My issue is when I pulled into the service area I could n I have had my car for 2 years now and I'm getting a little tired of the service department. My issue is when I pulled into the service area I could not get any help. I waited for 25 minutes before one of the car service guys decided on his own to take down my numbers and pull me car back in the area to get the oil change started. Then I waited anther 25 minutes before the guy came up to check me in. I have to ask why their is someone always sitting in the payment area but can not check a person in? Also a tow truck driver came in and they helped him before me then asked if I had been helped! Once I use my pre paid oil changes I'm done with the service department. More
