We were just window shopping when we fell in love with a Cherry Red Jeep Grand Cherokee sitting on the sales floor. Derek insisted on us driving it since they didn't have one similar on the lot. Derek was great to work with and worked hard to give us a great price on our vehicle and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He followed through when he said he was going to. We appreciated how helpful and accommodating the finance department was as well. This is our second vehicle from this dealer and we have always used them for service as well. A Surprise Purchase My experience today was indeed a surprise because I simply drove my van in to see if it would pass the test to be bought back. I thought Mr. Les Saun My experience today was indeed a surprise because I simply drove my van in to see if it would pass the test to be bought back. I thought Mr. Les Saunders, Sales Consultant, would look at the van and send me home and call later to tell me the results. To my surprise I ended up with a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot. Everything was done that same afternoon and I was able to drive my new car home. Les really guided me the right way with patience. I do appreciate all Les and Robert (in Finance) said they were going to do, they did in an orderly way. I will surely recommend Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to all my friends and relative. disappointment with service agent Sorry it has taken me so long to reply but I did want to give you my opinion. It probably doesn't matter to you because I complained one other time a Sorry it has taken me so long to reply but I did want to give you my opinion. It probably doesn't matter to you because I complained one other time and got no response. You say you want our vehicle. You even sent us a postcard saying you'd give us a free oil change if we brought it in for an evaluation. Indeed, we did bring it in with an appointment. We asked the service agent for an evaluation (and even showed him the postcard) and to go ahead and use the free oil change that comes with the evaluation on the postcard. We had the appointment on a Saturday morning but still had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. After the 3 hours we still didn't get the evaluation because the service agent said he forgot to ask someone to do the evaluation. He said he was distracted when doing the intake on our vehicle. My husband told him that when it's his turn to ask for the services the service agent should be giving him the full attention to handle our request. He said he was sorry that it was hard to hear with other people standing around and he wasn't focused. He also used one of our pre-paid oil changes to pay for it. You say you want to deal, but you don't. We got no free oil change and still don't know how you would value our Jeep on a trade in. Something really needs to be done to improve the service department. At least I got to say my peace even if you don't respond. More
