When I picked up my jeep they didn't mention I would need to return after another 500 miles. When I got to the Jeep I looked closer at the paperwork and noticed that it should the Jeep was 2 qt low on oil. So I went back into the service department to ask if they fixed the problem. The told me that they forgot to note on the paperwork that I would have to return in another 500 miles. More

Can't fix anything! There was nothing wrong with my daughter's 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee before taking it to the dealership for "recall" work. Sadly, the problem for whic There was nothing wrong with my daughter's 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee before taking it to the dealership for "recall" work. Sadly, the problem for which the recall work was being done didn't start happening until AFTER the recall work was performed. However, because the dealership couldn't replicate the trouble she was having, and the computer didn't indicate a problem, they "can't do anything." I don't know much about fixing cars, but it seems to be common sense to perhaps check (or redo) the recall work you just performed on the car. Perhaps it wasn't done properly!?! We were told the original "recall" was "recalled," so perhaps it still isn't right. Her car wasn't having problems before the work; now it is. They wouldn't even consider it. If I could take "recall" work somewhere other than the dealership, I would. Our family has owned SIX Jeeps since 1993 (one Cherokee Sport, two Grand Cherokees, and three Wranglers). We're a Jeep family, but we're seriously considering switching to Toyota, and this is mainly because we can't seem to find a competent service department to service our vehicles. We had a great rapport with and truly trusted the service department at Raytown Jeep, but it was a dealership you chose to close. We've had nothing but trouble since. NOT a happy Jeep owner. More

When my oil change and tire rotation took more time The service department goes above and beyond in their efforts to help and please their customers. When my oil change and tire rotation took more time than normal, Derrick and Jeff took control. A chair was brought to the service counter for me to sit and my vehicle was brought out as soon as possible. A normal charge was cleared because of the excess time I waited. I have had nothing but courteous and helpful service at this dealer. Bought my Jeep here and plan to stay awhile! More

The sales team was terrific! They heard our needs and found us a car that far exceeded our expectations. Even the guy in the finance office was authentic, and didn't try to upsell us things we didn't need. I was really impressed with how the dealership really met us where we were, matched us to a car that was super nice - and then closed the deal within our budget. Great team - we'll be back and we're sending our friends and family. More
