This is my 5th Mazda and 4th purchase with Mazda of Wesley Chapel! Charlie was great and showed me all the new things in the car and how to make my new ride more enjoyable! I would not even give 1 star. Dishonest and unethical. I had been talking to Jayyson for months about buying a Mazda CX-5 and my car buying experience. He was off the day I went Dishonest and unethical. I had been talking to Jayyson for months about buying a Mazda CX-5 and my car buying experience. He was off the day I went to purchase so he advised me to ask for Q. I told Q when we sat down my expectation and I didn't want to haggle and be there for hours asking me for extended warranty, etc. He assured me that is why we are having this talk now so when I go to finance, he knows my expectation. Q offered to show us the VIP package cost which included treatment of seats, tire nitrogen & something with hand rales. It was $2500 & I told him to take it off. We get into the finance room with Brad & everything we told Q we didn’t want to happen, happened!! Offered extended warranty and pushed options over and over for an extra "buck" or $5 day. When asked the final amount financed, the $2500 was added back in! Totally unethical!! Brad started to say the car already had the VIP added, so I’d have to buy it or order another car without it! Total lies!!!!! You don’t ask if you want the VIP for $2500, then say the car has it & add it to the loan! Oh and ignore that stupid fake Styrofoam cup with fake coffee spilling out of it behind each finance manages monitor. Brad said let me go to my manager & he is going to meet me halfway!! Halfway on something I didn’t ask for! I was told not to go to this dealership which owns most of them in Wesley Chapel, now I know why! One last final note, Q told me he would show me the entire call before I pull out of the lot. He didn't! He never offered water or anything. I hope Lithia motors can find better management. What a disgrace to Wesley Chapel. I'm said to think how many other people are getting scammed. More
This is my third car from this dealership and they have always been great to work with. Made it as easy as possible to get a new car.
