Mazda of Valley Stream was the best car dealership experience I had by far! I ended up extremely happy with a fully loaded CX-5. And let me tell you, it is one sexy car! Mo was the gentleman that really sold me on the car, and he was one of the incredible person that assisted in getting me in a beautiful new car. Mike the sales manager was so nice and very welcoming, NOT SCARY. Melissa was just great, and always there to offer the female perspective, which was helpful to me. Tommy the financial guy, is so sweet, a straight shooter, and my favorite thing of all NO SURPRISES! They educated me on the car. I previously had a Mazda 3 but desperately needed an upgrade especially with the snow coming here in not too long. They were able to tell me exactly how this car would ease all of my virgin snow driving worries. not to mention the new technology that has changed since my 2013, and once again(because it just is) showed me just a sexy car! Went to one or two other ones but did not get a good vibe off of the employees. Went with my parents on a Sunday to this dealership, and we instantly felt welcome and valued. We were immediately greeted by Michael Gitto, who asked what we were looking for and kindly showed us to the car I was looking for. Loved the car! He was very patient and had a ton of information for me and was very friendly. Being this was only my second time buying a new car, he broke down everything for me with simplicity and humor. I've heard many horror stories about car dealers being pushy and overall nasty. This experience was a very pleasant and easy one! Michael made buying my new Mazda cx3 a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a quality car and a great customer service experience. The best price and customer service I dealt with many dealers on line and in showrooms while shopping for a CX5 for my son before he went back to college. Anyone with college age kids, I have two, knows you're trying to stretch every dollar. There was no back and forth with Valley Stream Mazda. I told them the car I wanted and the best deal I had received from other dealers and they beat it. I was concerned about driving the hour from westchester to do all the paper work but Michael Gritto the sales manager made my life easy by doing all the paperwork by fax and email. Then Eric the owner had Mohamed, a very friendly salesman, deliver the car to my door! Who does that! Over an hour away across the bridge, that is someone who really appreciates my business and I really appreciate them for doing it. Oh by the way this was all done in 24 hours. I'd been shopping since late June. This was by far the best deal and Michael, a retired veteran, was the reason it went so smoothly. Thank you also to the detailers who had the car looking perfect and also to Rob for helping deliver the car to my door. I wish all much success.
