Excellent - No xxxxxx business I used TrueCar.com to select a Mazda CX5 for my daughter. I was wary of the deal because it was much better than the other offers I had received from I used TrueCar.com to select a Mazda CX5 for my daughter. I was wary of the deal because it was much better than the other offers I had received from other dealers through TrueCar. I called Javier Valera to confirm that the deal was in fact correct and that I wouldn't be put into a bait and switch situation. He assured me that he would honor the deal, he even offered to get the color my daughter wanted which he didn't have in stock for the same price. Garry wrote up the deal, a few minutes in the finance office with a very straight forward signing of the paperwork with no pressure to buy any additional services. Very refreshing experience - I was waiting for the catch but there wasn't one. Excellent work - I will recommend this dealership to all who ask. More
