I came to get my car serviced and left with a new car. I was sitting in the customer lounge waiting for my Mazda 3 to be serviced when James Auguste excused himself to get a bottle of water. I thought "what a well mannered young man", when I asked him about purchasing a new vehicle. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but I figured while I waited I could crunch some numbers. James immediately jumped in to help me although I think I interrupted his lunch. James went above and beyond expounding on the new high tech and classical features of the Mazda brand. He understood my desire to work in my budget, and he worked relentlessly to accomplish it. My husband and I were so impressed by James' candor and knowledge. Manny Funcia was the icing on the cake that I walked away with a fully loaded Red CX5. Thank you guys for your incredible kindness. They go the extra mile I didn't have to wait and get my car ordered from Japan. They were able to trade with another dealer and get my car in 2 weeks! The new Miata RF is no I didn't have to wait and get my car ordered from Japan. They were able to trade with another dealer and get my car in 2 weeks! The new Miata RF is not exactly easy to get right now when you want a certain color and trim. Just got home with my Miata RF, Grand Touring, Soul Red, Manual Transmission and it's everything I hoped for. They were the only dealer who said the would be able to get it faster than just placing an order and waiting for the car to get here from Japan. They other 2 dealers here in Miami didn't even offer the hope that they could arrange a swap with another dealer. Guess they didn't feel they had to make any special effort like Mazda of North Miami did for me. More
