Going way past above and beyond. I was fortunate enough to have worked with Michael Woolf at Mazda North Miami. I arrived at the dealership with some very strict parameters of what I I was fortunate enough to have worked with Michael Woolf at Mazda North Miami. I arrived at the dealership with some very strict parameters of what I wanted and what I was going to pay. Mike spent most of his day fighting for me and kept negotiating with his bosses even after I left the dealership the first time. Mike made the car buying experience a pleasant one and I'll be visiting him again in the future. More
Deceptive, manipulative, combative I made the terrible mistake of leasing a car from this place because I was dumb and naive and this guy was the manager in charge of the salesperson, w I made the terrible mistake of leasing a car from this place because I was dumb and naive and this guy was the manager in charge of the salesperson, who no longer works here (shocked). They charged a $700 acquisition fee, a $60 rental fee (???) and $1000 pre-delivery service fee on the invoice. The salesperson Christopher J Valle quoted me a completely incorrect amount for the residual value (he subtracted all the monthly lease payments from the total and said that's what I would owe). Then I was told that my trade-in vehicle wouldn't be moved for a few days so I could come back and get all of my belongings from it (it was raining very hard that day). When I came back they said my trade-in car WAS SOLD and I couldn't get my things and they WOULD NOT reimburse me even though I brought receipts for everything in there. When I got angry, Manny Funcia offered to give me free gas vouchers (I live 40 minutes away from this dealership) but that I had to come on certain days because he has cancer and has to go to chemotherapy appointments...obvious manipulative xx to try to make me feel bad. It's too bad this subhuman piece of garbage is still alive. More
Bad Experience I arrived at your service department around 9:38 to have a tire repaired, my car was ready @ 12:27 I left your service dept around 1:45. That doesn't make sense to leave someone sitting there because the gentleman who checked me in NEVER came back to tell me my car was ready I had to find that information out on my own. This is my second bad experience dealing with your service dept hopefully the last! More

Winston was only Interested in making a sale Winston Robertson is a bad salesman. He started calling me 6 months prior to my lease maturity date. I would always tell him I was over my miles and i Winston Robertson is a bad salesman. He started calling me 6 months prior to my lease maturity date. I would always tell him I was over my miles and if he didnt have a good deal I would wait until maturity date. I guess his memory is no good because he co tinued calling me every month with bad deals. I was getting tired of telling him I was in no rush, if he didnt have a good deal. There were times I wouldn't even answer the phone because I was tired of repeating myself to him. A couple of weeks before reaching my lease maturity date he called and said he had a good deal and that he would take care of my high miles. Got a new lease and was happy untill I got a bill in the mail 4 weeks later for almost $3k for the miles I was over on previous leased car I had turned in. When I called Winston he was speechless and clueless. He said why I didnt remind him..... What!!! After I've been telling you every month i was over my mileage. He wasn't able to help me. I'm now stuck with a $3k bill. Winston Robertson is only interested in making a sale! He doesnt care about his clients it's all about the money for him. I dont recommend him to anyone! More
