They were fine and provided me with the best deal I could find. But I had a hard time after I took possession of the car. They made an $1100 error in their favor which was difficult and aggravating and to find. But I had a hard time after I took possession of the car. I couldn't reach the people I needed and nobody bothered telling me they were off those days. I thought I was being ghosted. Ultimately resolved (thanks Naim). More
I have never had a positive experience with the dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical system went to crap Had to be re-ordered from China, which took roughly 12 weeks which and during this time there was zero communication zero updates if I didn’t seek out the information and it wasn’t given. Also, when I bought the car, the gentleman I bought the car from never put in the information correctly so it was a back-and-forth for weeks to get the correct information to finalize the purchase. Everybody makes mistakes but this place makes mistakes every day which is a problem. This car had nothing but problems from the beginning. It is essentially a lemon by the standards of the state of New York. However, when it was brought up to the dealership of all these problems, they never rectify them. This is not a place I would go to buy a car. More
