Spent a week going back and forth about purchasing new car. Hours before picking it up he sent me a video of the car with a bow on it. I get to the dealership and was told "it just sold", but can I inter car. Hours before picking it up he sent me a video of the car with a bow on it. I get to the dealership and was told "it just sold", but can I interest you in a higher trim?. Turns out the video was shot way way before the day that it was sent. The car was never there, it was just a shady tactic to get me to drive there and get higher trims pushed on me. It took me almost 2 hours to get to this dealership. He never responded to my emails afterwards. Terrible person overall. More

I had such a positive experience at Mazda New Rochelle. The staff are really friendly and I never felt pressured. If you go, ask for Gary.
