This review is to praise Phillip in the service department, if not for him Nazda would lose a client and this is the third CX9 I’ve leased from this dealer. We dropped off our new CX9 three weeks department, if not for him Nazda would lose a client and this is the third CX9 I’ve leased from this dealer. We dropped off our new CX9 three weeks after purchasing it because the AC didn’t work. The first advisor we dealt with dropped the ball and never told us what was wrong with the car. Long story short the car was there for 2 months and Phillip was very informative and understanding and did his best to make sure we were satisfied. Mazda needs to value people like Phillip! More
