Well, traveled to New York from Jersey to look at a used cx5 which wasn't what I wanted. My salesman (Lewis Matos) worked with me for hours while I'll tried making my mind on buying a new 24 cx5 carbon edit cx5 which wasn't what I wanted. My salesman (Lewis Matos) worked with me for hours while I'll tried making my mind on buying a new 24 cx5 carbon edition, which is beautiful inside and out, drives amazingly nice, an was the best deal on a new car that I wouldn't be able to purchase in New Jersey for. While paperwork was getting done an transfers he was keeping me posted about every step an keeping to his word on monthly payments that I needed to stay within. Recommended an excellent restaurant down road. But would highly recommend going to New Rochelle N.Y. of mazda to buy a car. Thank you so much for everything everyone did to help me out. 😁 More

HORRRIBLE! My 21 year old son had an appt. to test drive a car. After driving over an hour we were told the car was not for sale due to mechanical issues (appar My 21 year old son had an appt. to test drive a car. After driving over an hour we were told the car was not for sale due to mechanical issues (apparently they did not know prior to our arrival??) They did offer a new model for more money!!!! On our ride home we got a call from Malcolm, to see if we were coming to test drive the car. He did not know it wasn't for sale either. Asked me the stock number? Did mention the new model! My husband called last night to speak to a sales manager, who never picked up the call! Today I got a call stating that I inquired about the new model--we did not. VERY SHADY BUSINESS!! STAY AWAY More
