Kian, This is Billy Shields, Service Manager here at Mazda of Elk Grove. I want to apologize about any frustrations. After speaking with your service advisor Kyle, it does look like you came in earlier than your appointment which contributed to the longer wait. In regard to the brake inspection, we do not perform brake inspections without removing the tires from the vehicle. Because you did not have a tire rotation, we do not remove tires and therefore do not check the brakes. I apologize if there was any confusion or miscommunication about this and I am happy to perform your brake inspection at no charge as soon as you would like.
