Gerlie (sales) was very patient and attentive to detail with explaining features in the car and MyMazda (app) I didn’t know was an option. Even after second guessing myself on interior color and changing my mind in the car at the very end.. I didn’t feel any pressure and it was a seamless transition. Hesam (finance ) was very proficient with explaining everything about the contract. Julian (sales manager) also went over all of the benefits of purchasing from Mazda of Elk Grove. Life time car washes?? That’s a big plus. Also Fang (parts) helped me with a retractable cargo cover and all weather floor mats which I highly suggest to anyone purchasing any vehicle.
