I am a 65 year old educated car buyer and I am a Business Development Specialist for a large engineering firm. I know sales. I started my new car search by contacting several Mazda, Acura, Honda, and Hyundai Development Specialist for a large engineering firm. I know sales. I started my new car search by contacting several Mazda, Acura, Honda, and Hyundai dealers in my area for an email quote on certain models of vehicles I had investigated on the internet before purchasing. I requested that the quotes included all incentives and rebates and to include tax and licensing. Out of all the requests I only received two that fulfilled my requirements for the quote. I then talked to both sales people by phone to see how they handled themselves. Garrett was one of the most professional car sales persons I had ever met. I went to the dealership to complete my purchase and I was not disappointed. It took longer than I had expected but Garret was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was completely happy before I signed on the dotted line. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. I am anxious to see how there service group performs. He went through the details along with the pros and cons of the car not leaving out any details that would hinder my choice. He was a very kind person who took out the time to show remarkable skills of the cars and what he was conveying to us. The Sales Manager was also thorough and kind in helping out with getting the car and getting the best deal possible. The dealership also took care of making sure that it was clean with having free refreshments to quench a thirst. The pricing for the car was well offered and the sale that was going on for the cars help make a choice in buying the car. The salesman also helped to notify me of what the car has to offer me and why it is a great deal on buying the car an the properties such as the Mazda 3 having a gas economic for driving around. What surprised me the most was how Jaik was how transparent and professional he was. More

Fantastic experience. I went through the Carpro website and immediately received a message from the owner John Driebe (which was after hours). Garrett then took care of the upfront paperwork and detailing the car. By the time my wife and I got to the dealership, most of the information needed was done and the focus was on the details of the car. We test drove the vehicle and then saw Steve Wray to finish up the paperwork. With a lot of questions on our end and a generous amount of patience on both Garrett and Steve's end (we didn't arrive at the dealership until probably close to 7pm), we were on our way in under 2 hrs.
