I started my quotes from email. The emailing was seamless and we worked out a lot of details over it which is preferred by me. Getting quotes for multiple cars is a little difficult as the car may be in transit or is a different configuration than what you are looking for. There was no pressure when I visited the dealership and they were more than willing to show me whatever I was interested in. The overall time it took for checking cars out to signing and going out was about 3 hours. I hope somehow this can be reduced. Overall it was a pleasant experience unlike my previous ones in Wisconsin. More

It's nice to know they believe in the product enough to buy it. Garrett worked very hard, including on his days off, to be sure I got the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted. He seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with my purchase. Steve was very helpful as well without heavy pressure to buy all the add ons. He explained the options and let me decide what I thought would be best for me and my circumstances. Both Garrett and Steve were respectful of me and my time which I appreciated. I've bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the best experience I've had overall. It is my first Mazda, but it is unlikely to be my last. More

I didn't feel pressured at all. And I love my new Mazda. I drove a BMW for two weeks, and the new Mazda 3 has the tight and smooth feel of the BMW (in my opinion anyway) but a bit smaller and with way better gas mileage. More
