I completed considerable research on the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase prior to going to the dealer. I will be honest, my intention was to test drive the Mazda and then a vehicle I was also interested in from a different dealer. My effort went no further than Mazda of Elk Grove because of Garrett and his knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to provide a complete overview of the vehicle and answer every question I had. Like I said, I had spent considerable time researching the vehicle I wanted and not one time did Garrett respond with any information inconsistent with what I had found. This was a great car buying experience that made a process that can be very stressful very easy. More

The purchase process was pretty painless. They gave me a fair trade for my 2002 GMC Yukon. Garrett was very helpful even though he looks like Russell Crowe.
