Best dealership interaction I have experienced After my local dealer had used a lot of deceitful tactics, I found the same exact vehicle at Elk Grove Mazda and decided it would be better to do busi After my local dealer had used a lot of deceitful tactics, I found the same exact vehicle at Elk Grove Mazda and decided it would be better to do business in Elk Grove. The whole experience FAR exceeded my expectations. It started with Garrett, the Internet Sales Manager, locking down an awesome price before we even traveled to the dealership. Upon arrival, it was even better. Garrett was straight forward and friendly. It did not feel like a dealership at all; there was no pressure to purchase. There are 6 Mazda dealerships closer to where we live than Elk Grove Mazda, but I am very glad we traveled to them. I highly recommend this dealer to any one interested in the cars they sell. More

Wonderful buying experience!! The overall buying experience at Elk Grove Mazda could not have been better. We set an appointment to meet with Garrett and we arrived early and were The overall buying experience at Elk Grove Mazda could not have been better. We set an appointment to meet with Garrett and we arrived early and were greated immediatly. Garrett had the car ready for us to view and we immediately started the test drive. It was clear to me that Garrett really knew a lot about the car we were interested in and all of the features it offered. I was impressed to say the least! After a very thorough, nearly hour long test drive, we got the ball rolling on trading in and purchasing our new Mazda. After a little negotiation and dealing with Grant, the sales manager we all agreed on a reasoanble deal. It was near closing time and to make sure we left with the car that night Garrett had the car detailed and filled with a complementery tank of gas before the detail staff left. We moved on to finance and worked with Steve, who is very friendly. He explained options such as pre-paid maintance and extended warranties and was honest about what worked for our driving situation. Upon signing they all made sure we didn't have additional questions and Garrett saw us off by taking pictures for us with our new car. Our experience was top notch and would definitely purchase again with Garrett and Elk Grove Mazda. More
