Easy, no hassle, pleasant(!) buying experience My wife and I were shopping for a Mazda5, and we had engaged all three area dealers to find the best value. One dealership's offer was laughable, and My wife and I were shopping for a Mazda5, and we had engaged all three area dealers to find the best value. One dealership's offer was laughable, and another dealership's initial offer was competitive with Mazda of Elk Grove. My wife and I were still looking for a slightly better value and Maverick at Mazda of Elk Grove came through after a few quick exchanges, and at no time did it feel like a hassle. He was professional and respectful without being pushy, and we were able to deal with him exclusively. His competition wouldn't even consider further discussion unless we went back in to discuss it, which was not an appealing proposition given that we have a 2 mo old. Finally, Steve in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He offered the usual gamut of additional services for purchase, but at no time did it feel like a hard sell. We got a price and trade-in value (also without hassle) we were happy with, and at no point did we feel pressured. My wife and I are both convinced that neither of the other dealerships could have offered the same buying experience. More

During the Labor Day weekend we went looking for a car so we went to AutoNation Mazda dealership by rocklin and after being told that getting a loan w During the Labor Day weekend we went looking for a car so we went to AutoNation Mazda dealership by rocklin and after being told that getting a loan would not be a problem we ended up being ignored and brushed aside while they tried to find a loan. Fed up I googled for Mazda dealerships near rocklin and Mazda of Elk Grove came up so I called and ratish answered my phone call and after having a brief conversation with him we left AutoNation and drove to Mazda of Elk Grove not only did ratish wait after hours for us to arrive he got us into a new 2015 Mazda CX-5!!! They treated us great, and kept us involved throughout the loan process. I am recommending everyone I can to this dealership!!!! Best experience ever! More
