The car, its options, and the price were settled before I walked in the door. Financing was also pre-approved. Upon our arrival the car was waiting for us, took a test drive, and the purchase was done. No muss. No fuss. No stress. Easy. Everything about the car was laid out. And while I thought I had a pretty good idea about the car's attributes, I learned a lot more listening to Rachael. The most time I spent was picking service options, that were pleasantly explained with no push to do anything either way. Just time was spent educating. This is the way to do business as a dealership. Highly recommend. More

He went above and beyond his job description to help get me into the car I wanted. Steve Wray, who did the loan paperwork, also made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He did a nice job explaining some of the service options I had available to me. Overall, I got pretty close to what I wanted, and the whole experience was simple and pleasant. More
