But one thing that I drove all the way from Volcano to test drive a Mazda 3 S, and test ride I did - and a purchase ensued - what an amazing vehicle. But one thing that sold me, aside from my beautiful red sinuous feline, was working with Rachel Smolich, my sales representative, on finding the "perfect" match for my tastes and needs. Never pressure, only pleasure throughout the process, and to my complete surprise and delight, she and a fellow employee drove all the way up the mountain to my home so that my F250 could make it home with me as well. Driving my F250 on the twisty mountain roads was an experience for Rachel that she will probably never forget. Financing was also easy and pleasantly without pressure to purchase extras. Though I did decide to add a few options and service programs that were well priced and seemed prudent for my new vehicle. From previous experience at another dealership I was reluctant to want to go to a dealership because I am a softy and I didn't want to be put in a high pressure situation where I am being pressured to put my signature to a contract, or lose out on the "deal of a lifetime." From the moment I entered, I was nicely greeted and treated kindly. I wasn't pressured into purchasing more car than I needed, unneeded audio/video options etc. The sales associate Rachel was extremely kind, knowledgable and helpful. She went the extra mile to see to it that I got what I wanted, and none of the stuff I didn't. I highly recommend her and her staff and will certainly return if my future car purchases are for a Mazda. More

Jaik was knowledgeable and honest about the Mazda CX5 and how it compared with the other makes and model brands we were considering. He is by far one of the friendliest car salesperson's we have ever dealt with. So much so we brought him a tray of cookies the next day to thank him for making car purchasing a pleasure. Jaik paid attention to all the details and was very patient teaching us all the bells and whistles of our new CX5. The quality of his work is exceptional and he made sure the car was in mint condition when we picked it up. He was able to work with his team, including Steve Wray, finance manager, to beat the price on another vehicle from another dealership that we were seriously considering. In the end, his treating us the way we would want to be treated (i.e., fair and honest) and the quality of the vehicle is what made the difference for us to go with the Mazda CX5.
