I had been considering getting a new car for several months. I visited Mazda of Elk Grove in December, but my husband and I decided to wait. Garrett was very helpful and friendly and understood our reasons for waiting. He wasn't pushy or rude when we told him "not now, but later." We planned on revisiting our options over Memorial Day weekend. I remembered Garrett because of his excellent customer service and willingness to work with our schedules. I called him and set an appointment. Yesterday, he worked with my needs and allowed me to get a 2014 Mazda CX5. It was the original vehicle I wanted back in December, and thanks to Garrett, Joe and Grant, they made it possible. I highly recommend not only this location, but working with these guys if you're looking to either lease or purchase a car. You will only receive the best customer service, friendliness, and confidence that they'll work with your needs. More

Overall the experience at mazda of elk grove was awesome! Omar took care of me so well, i was coming in there with no credit and somehow he managed to get me a great intrest rate and monthly payments. Everyone was very Helpful and courteous. I spoke to my person at Toyota and he called Dave and got the information needed for me to take a test drive. We took the test drive and where very interested in person at Toyota and he called Dave and got the information needed for me to take a test drive. We took the test drive and where very interested in purchasing the vehicle, but had an appointment. So we came back about an hour and a half later and purchased the car. Went to Mazda of Elk Grove after a very bad experience with one of those fly-by-night car dealerships on Fulton and Auburn Boulevard It got real ugly and I took my money and went home after searching the with one of those fly-by-night car dealerships on Fulton and Auburn Boulevard It got real ugly and I took my money and went home after searching the web at Roseville Automall I decided to come to Elk Grove Mazda They had the best price an a newer car than the one I had which was a 2004! Don't do like I did and waste a lot of time with those fly-by-nighters Go to Mazda Belgrove for a great car and a great price! But most of all a lot of friendly people! More
