I hated (in the past with car dealers) the experience of being entertained in a phoney way while the numbers were being crunched. My experience with Mazda Dealership and salesman: Garrett Oxnaes was refreshingly easy going, swift, smooth and relaxing. I spent the typical 4 + hours there and had not had any dinner , yet I did not mind. Normally , I would get impatient, ansy and tired and just say "I have to go now", but my experience with the Mazda dealership and salesman, Garret was great. I was introduced to other salesmen who were very polite and greeted me. I appreciated the education of loans, etc by my salesman. I was professionally informed of all the dealer offers to customers. I feel confident that should I not understand how to work something with my new Mazda3, I can easily get in touch with the dealer (which is a mere mile from my work) or my salesman and not feel guilty for asking the simpliest of questions. They honestly gave me the feeling they want to continue the salesman/customer relationship. I do not have the sense "ok, we sold you a car now be on your way". I am a single woman with minimal knowledge of technology, so I do appreciate the welcoming attitude they provided to me. Salesman Garret Oxnaes is a sincere and honest and easy going salesman. I will recommend Elk Grove Mazda and salesman, Garrett Oxnaes, to anyone that even mentions the thought they are considering buying a car. Thank you. More

Justin contacted Omar and gave him my contact information and Omar called me with 10 minutes and asked me what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted down to the color I wanted. Omar had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Of course I wanted to top of the line, but realistically had to get what I could afford. Omar was very patient and gave me all the costs for the top model. I ended up getting the vehicle that my friend Paul Curtis bought from the Auburn dealership and Omar matched the price. Pasao Yang was my salesman. I had been researching and test driving sport cars for 4 months and decided I wanted the MX5 Grand Touring in Dolphin Gray. Mr. Yang was very friendly and helpful over the phone and believed me when I told him I had done my research and had a certain price I could not go over. He got close enough on the phone without ever seeing me that I made the trip to Elk Grove which is over a hour away. Upon my arrival, the dealership was very impressive and Mr. Yang went right to work trying to get me the best deal after a nice test drive. I did not buy that day but returned the next day and purchased the beautiful car and Mr. Yang made sure my husband and myself were completely satisfied with the vehicle. Paper process went smoothly and then Mr. Yang showed me for the 2nd time how everything worked on the car. Talking to salesmen and buying a vehicle is not a easy process, but I found I was not stressed out and feel we got a very good deal on the exact car I wanted.
