I hate the process of buying a new car. I dread it like the plague!. I have driven a Mazda since the early 1990's, so I was pretty sure I was going to get another one. Just in case, I drove cars from other dealerships, including luxury cars. I also investigated the Mazda3 and Mazda6 online. After spending a week driving other cars, I stopped in at Mazda of Elk Grove, and there was Jaik waiting for me. Although he is very young, he answered all my questions with the knowledge of a pro. He was friendly, knowlegable, and willing to do what it took to get my business. I have to say, this was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Even when I got cranky from not eating, Jaik kept his cool. I will definately be back. I also asked for several of his cards as my daughter and sister will be in the market soon for a new car. Omar was very helpful when we were shopping for a new CX-5. At the start of the test drive he told me that he was customer centric and we could proceed with checking out the car however we wanted and fel CX-5.
