My boyfriend had gotten into an accident with our previous car, and we decided to take the opportunity to get a larger car. Although we took 5 hours asking questions and trying to make a decision, he was very patient with us and did not force us into making any rash decisions. After answering all of our questions and finding the right price car for us, we had another great experience with the finance manager, Grant. He was very professional and helpful and tried to help us out with our situation (we are a young couple with not the greatest credit!). All in all we had a great experience and ended up getting a CX-5 for our growing family! More

I started by reading as much as possible on reviews of the vehicles I was interested in such as Toyota Rav-4, Ford Escape, Subarus - Crosstrek and Forester, Honda CR-V, and even MiniCooper Countryman. I had not given much thought to the Mazda due to my experience with the CX-7 last year. I was not impressed with that vehicle. I had decided to stop by the Nissan Dealer and see if the Rogue could pull up to 1500 pounds and also check the Murano. I felt that both could not work according to what I was seeking: Reliable, stylish, AWD or 4X4, good MPG, and able to pull a Jet Ski. As I was about to leave the dealer and return to Subaru, Stever Wray, was introduced to me, and asked me if I had checked out Mazdas? He said he liked a good challenge and they had a new vehicle that might meet my needs right next door.The CX-5!!! I decided to take a look after he told me a little about this new model and changes for 2014. I had been looking at the new Forster as well and it soon became a contest between these two vehicles and dealers. Steve introduced me to Jaik Willmon, and together they shared the qualities of the CX-5, never once putting down the Subarus. Actually I had a similar experience at the Subaru dealier with much respect for the Mazda. Each shared the advantages of their vehicle and support of the dealer. Steve was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable discussing finance options. price, and dealer support. Jaik was very knowledgible about the CX-5 taking me for a test drive and explaining to me performance and other features of the car. He did a good job of following through to assist me with whatever question I had about the car, service, and dealer support, and even helped me purchase the first accessories that I added to the car. He even helped me install the cargo liner. He has also made himself available to answer questions at any time, such as the phone and music features. I felt a connection to both Steve and Jaik and well as welcomed by other support at the dealer. Steve and Jaik introduced me to other at the dealership and they all seemed friendly and generally welcoming. I made my decision to buy this Mazda, based and many factors including: Reviews, price, performance on the drive, style, unique features, and the support experienced from the staff and dealership. It is also nice to receive the extended powertrain warranty and addtional discounts and extras given by the dealer. This shows and extra effort not just to attract a buyer, but to keep them, and keep them happy too. I would highly recommend this dealer and the staff that I worked with....infact I have already passed on the good job that was done to my neighbors and friends!! More

We went into Mazda of Elk Grove to purchase a used Mazda Miata that we saw online and the deal we had hoped for wasn't working out with one of the sales associates. As we were getting ready to leave, Paseo Miata that we saw online and the deal we had hoped for wasn't working out with one of the sales associates. As we were getting ready to leave, Paseo Yang approached us and said he'll get us a good deal and all he needed was 10 minutes. We went back inside and after a little bit of discussion, he was able to get us a lot closer to what we wanted. We talked to the store manager and everything worked out exactly as we had hoped. Papers got signed and car was delivered to us today by Paseo Yang. We are extremely happy about the car and the great deal we got! Thanks for the great car shopping experience. More

this is the second new car I have bought at this dealership. I worked the deal with the same sales guy, Ron K. I was only interested in this dealer group. because they are a car-pro dealer. but mo dealership. I worked the deal with the same sales guy, Ron K. I predict that I will buy another car from this guy...he's that good. he got me a good deal on the Mazda 6 plus he got me me more money for my Altima than i expected. he drove 35mi to my house to pick up the Altima which i sold outright to the dealer. I got a fair price for my trade-in a mazda mx5. he did all he could to lessen the sting of my stupidity, trading in a new car that's only 3 months old. I appreciate Ron's efforts to help me clean out the garage...so to speak. I like this guy...... a true professonal one that makes this dealer look good....real good. that car-pro guy is right.......elk grove mazda ain't nothin from the hog farm...they're prime cut. More

Over the 20 years we have been together my husband has purchased at least 14 cars. Never a repeat buy from the same dealership ever . . . until we met Jambert Corpus at Mazda of Elk Grove. Car-Husband took me to meet Jambert on a cold, rainy night last February to test drive a Miata. Yes - a convertible on a rainy night. I was not happy. But Car-Husband was, and he liked Jambert so much that he later went back and purchased the exact car that he test drove. Next Car-Husband decided he needed to add a small hatchback to his fleet. I went with him again, again he met with Jambert and sure enough . . . within a few days we were back to buy the Mazda 3 hatchback with Skyactive technology. Car-Husband loves both of those cars and drives them both. Then our youngest son was in a bad accident and needed a new car. Last night we went back to purchase a new CX-5 from Jambert. Jambert has always been very helpful and especially helpful with my son who needed to find a car that made him feel safe yet at the same time giving him great gas mileage. Jambert even came in on his day off because delivery of the car had been made that day. We were there until 9:00 p.m. because it was most convenient for us to arrive close to 8:00 p.m. Who does this? Jambert. He is very accommodating, always works hard for us and makes it feel like a real event when we purchase a car with him. I would recommend Jambert to anyone who is looking for not only a good deal, but an experience with a very pleasant person who truly understands what excellent customer service looks and feels like. I have been in the market for a new car for about 6 months and the new 2014 Mazda6 caught my eye. I actually went to another dealer first that was close to my home and took a test drive and negotiated the price there. The next week i took my quote over to the boys at Elk Grove Mazda to see what they had to offer. Their price was a bit higher but thier sales team seemed a lot happier to be working there, everyone was smiling, laughing, and joking around which made me feel very comfortable. I left that night with 2 quotes in my hand. After about a week I decided i would be purchasing my new Mazda6 from Mazda of Elk Grove. Even though they were a bit more expensive, I felt more comfortable dealing with them and i knew they were going to take good care of me. I left work early that day, called Jambert and told him i was coming in. He greeted me at the door and had 2 car up front and ready to go ( i was still debating on interior color). It was a very pleasent experience buying from these guys, I never felt rushed or hurried and they answered the endless stream of questions i had. If your in the market for a Mazda i would highly recommend calling Jambert!! More
