This was the best car experience I have ever experienced! Our experience was very relaxing, if that seems possible at a car dealership. Never once did we hear "what is it going to take to get you in this car today, tomorrow, or next week". Matt knew the purchase o at a car dealership. Never once did we hear "what is it going to take to get you in this car today, tomorrow, or next week". Matt knew the purchase of a car was a big commitment and did not pressure us to buy from him. He understood the value of research for his customer to gain all the facts and data that were needed for a sizable financial commitment. This is a great dealership for several reasons: 1) information is shared/given freely and without being pushy; 2) any pressure to "buy the car today" was minimal and non-invasive, 3) communication via information is shared/given freely and without being pushy; 2) any pressure to "buy the car today" was minimal and non-invasive, 3) communication via email was outstanding and allowed me to get answers in writing so that I could feel confident everyone was on the same page, and 4) I am a bit obsessive about neatness and organization so I liked that my paperwork was always easily located, I never saw a cluttered desk or dirty showroom area and the finance manager, Ron, was exceedingly organized in presenting the paperwork. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my NEW Mazda 3 Sport from Matt Heidrich at Mazda of Elk Grove. I came to the Elk Grove store after having a sour experience at another Mazda dealership and it left Sport from Matt Heidrich at Mazda of Elk Grove. I came to the Elk Grove store after having a sour experience at another Mazda dealership and it left me guarded when approaching the store. Thankfully I was able to work with Matt and have an easy and comfortable experience purchasing my car. It will soon be time for my wife to get a new car, and I will not hesitate to first contact Matt at Elk Grove Mazda to work with again.
