He was fantastic. He treated me like a real person, not like a commodity or a quick sale. We joked and laughed and he absolutely went above and beyond what I had previously come to expect of car salesmen. He answered every question I had and even got me a great bid for car insurance - something he was not required to do. I didn't think I would be able to afford payments for a brand new car, but I was wrong. Garrett found me the perfect car, it is exactly what I wanted, and we were able to fit payments easily into my budget, with enough left over that I was also able to get the platinum warranty and still meet my budget! I love love love my new car and I'm so happy to say it's mine! I would absolutely recommend Mazda of Elk Grove to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. More

After some fair negotiations, he worked out the deal that we had discussed and showed great integrity. He is kind, informative, and has a calm demeanor that is easy to work with. During the purchase, Grant in financing was very pleasant to work with and made it a quick, smooth and positive experience. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable as he showed me all the workings of my new 2014 Mazda 6. He even showed me research articles regarding the safety. After five days I discovered a few scratches in the paint from vandalism. Garrett and Pedro in service went above and beyond in buffing out the scratches as a courtesy. Pedro did exceptional work and finished the entire car in brand-new condition again. This dealership is amazing and I love my 2014 Mazda 6. I also love the free lifetime car washes and powertrain warranty that was extended to 100,000 miles. I would not hesitate to buy another Mazda from this dealership. More

We had a wonderful experience at Elk Grove Mazda. We were looking for a used car with a hard ceiling of $10,000. Shailene welcomed us warmly, and we told her what we were looking for. She was very low key while being high energy about finding a car we would really like. She listened to our concerns and helped us think through what exactly we were looking for. When we were undecided between 2 cars we decided to go to lunch and come back. At hearing that, Shailene offered to pay for our lunch - we were quite shocked, but pleased. When we returned we learned more facts from Shailene and quickly made our decision. This was a very pleasant experience, mostly because of Shailene. She was professional and fun at the same time. She worked very hard to work within our budget and spent HOURS with us. We never felt pressured and felt that we were valued customers. After rigorously searching for a new vehicle over a weeks span and having little to no luck, Mazda of Elk Grove was able to provide just what I needed and then some! I was originally not even considering a M span and having little to no luck, Mazda of Elk Grove was able to provide just what I needed and then some! I was originally not even considering a Mazda brand because I had only been familiar with Honda and Nissan. I looked around at other dealers but most of vehicles in my price range had poor reviews or a very short limited warranty. Looking through ads I noticed a great rebate for a brand new car with a great warranty, something I had given up on thinking I could get. I made an appointment with Ratish Singh and he stood out amongst the other salesmen I had dealt with by being friendly, straightforward and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving. He respected the fact that it was a big purchase and allowed me to take some time to decide without making me feel rushed. He also showed me around the office and introduced me to the manager Matt Bassett and assured me that if I did purchase a vehicle there I would continue to be taken care of throughout my ownership of the car. That really stood out against the other dealers! Purchasing was easy and quick! Grant Salge got me an even better interest rate that I had previously expected and gave me some great advice how to handle my upcoming financial needs. I am now enjoying my new Mazda and loving it! When my family did arrive, the car that I had contacted him about was already ready for me to look at and take out for a test drive. Jambert was very nice and and never made me feel pressured. He was able to make the deal happen and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jambert.
