When we started looking for a new car we went to the Elk Grove Auto Mall because of the location. We had a Mazda 626 we really liked several years ago we decided to check out the Mazdas again. Garrett Oxnaes was our salesman and was most helpful in answering our questions and went over all the manuals, explaining the service requirements and setting us up on-line so we can schedule appointments as needed. He worked hard to get us a great price on our Mazda 6. He gave us a tour of the dealership and seemed to really enjoy working there. The dealership was very busy that day because of the holiday sales but everyone worked hard to have us on our way. Ron Kostusak, the Finance Manager, was easy to work with and went over everything prior to our signing on the dotted line(s). Over all it was a good day and we really like our new car. When you think about buying a car it almost feels the same as going to the dentist one of those things you don't want to do but you have too, but this experience was the total opposite it took me by surp same as going to the dentist one of those things you don't want to do but you have too, but this experience was the total opposite it took me by surprise from beginning to end. The negotiating happened all through email I didn't have to sit in a dealership for 6 hours going back and forth to get a price I want, he simply had everything done by the time I got to the dealership, he made it as painless as possible but at the same time providing great customer experience. This dealership and Garrett made me believe again that there are people with integrity in the car business and there are people there that actually care.
