We were able to decide on a car we really liked, with a budget-friendly monthly payment. They were also very flexible about our down payment, allowing us to defer part of it until 2 weeks later. This was my first car perches from a dealership, so i didn't know what to expect. I did know what car i wanted (Mazda 3 hatchback in white manual) and although they didnt have one is stock Shailene was a didn't know what to expect. I've purchased or leased 15 cars from auto dealerships and this was, without a doubt, the BEST interaction with a dealership I've experienced! I had intended to purchase a Mazda MX-5 from a co dealerships and this was, without a doubt, the BEST interaction with a dealership I've experienced! I had intended to purchase a Mazda MX-5 from a competing dealership, but their sales/finance staff was either unable or unwilling to accommodate my requests. I reached out to Mazda of Elk Grove and was immediately contacted by Garrett Oxnaes. He and the staff, particularly Grant Saige, went out of their way to match the other dealer's price and point out the additional benefits of purchasing a vehicle from Mazda of Elk Grove in a friendly, no-pressure manner. Garrett then arranged for the installation of options and provided a ride from the train station to the dealership to eliminate any obstacles in picking up the vehicle and driving it to Vacaville. Steve Wray did a great job of making last-minute revisions to the DMV paperwork. In each specific category of customer service, and overall, just a first-class experience!
