After rigorously searching for a new vehicle over a weeks span and having little to no luck, Mazda of Elk Grove was able to provide just what I needed and then some! I looked around at other dealers but most of vehicles in my price range had poor reviews or a very short limited warranty. Looking through ads I noticed a great rebate for a brand new car with a great warranty, something I had given up on thinking I could get. I made an appointment with Ratish Singh and he stood out amongst the other salesmen I had dealt with by being friendly, straightforward and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving. He respected the fact that it was a big purchase and allowed me to take some time to decide without making me feel rushed. He also showed me around the office and introduced me to the manager Matt Bassett and assured me that if I did purchase a vehicle there I would continue to be taken care of throughout my ownership of the car. That really stood out against the other dealers! Purchasing was easy and quick! Grant Salge got me an even better interest rate that I had previously expected and gave me some great advice how to handle my upcoming financial needs. I am now enjoying my new Mazda and loving it! I am also looking forward to stopping by for maintenance and car washes where I know I will be taken care of! More

My effort went no further than Mazda of Elk Grove because of Garrett and his knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to provide a complete overview of the vehicle and answer every question I had. Like I said, I had spent considerable time researching the vehicle I wanted and not one time did Garrett respond with any information inconsistent with what I had found. The purchase process was pretty painless. They gave me a fair trade for my 2002 GMC Yukon. Garrett was very helpful even though he looks like Russell Crowe.
