We came to the dealership to look at a used car we found on the Nissan Website. Before arriving to the Nissan/Mazda dealership, we stopped at the Honda dealership to checkout what they had. We were greated at the Honda dealership by a "typical used car salesman" with the Hawaiian shirt and gold necklace...immediately got the run around and we left. It was refreshing to pull up to the Mazda/Nissan dealership next and be greeted by Jaik. He was professional, non pressure, and helpful through the entire buying process. He showed us the car we were interested in as well as other cars in our price range. No run around. We also worked with Dave Lewis who was amazing and helped us get a great price and consider all of our buying options. Both of these guys were top notch. We bought a brand new 2014 Mazda CX-5 from Matt Heidrich on the the 4th of July. Amazing experience from beginning to end. I test drove with Garrett Oxnaes for over a month. He was very patient and did not pressure me at all as I needed to test drive and analyze several models. After some fair negotiations, he worked out the deal that we had discussed and showed great integrity. He is kind, informative, and has a calm demeanor that is easy to work with. During the purchase, Grant in financing was very pleasant to work with and made it a quick, smooth and positive experience. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable as he showed me all the workings of my new 2014 Mazda 6. He even showed me research articles regarding the safety. After five days I discovered a few scratches in the paint from vandalism. Garrett and Pedro in service went above and beyond in buffing out the scratches as a courtesy. Pedro did exceptional work and finished the entire car in brand-new condition again. This dealership is amazing and I love my 2014 Mazda 6. I also love the free lifetime car washes and powertrain warranty that was extended to 100,000 miles. I would not hesitate to buy another Mazda from this dealership. More

We joked and laughed and he absolutely went above and beyond what I had previously come to expect of car salesmen. He answered every question I had and even got me a great bid for car insurance - something he was not required to do. I didn't think I would be able to afford payments for a brand new car, but I was wrong. Garrett found me the perfect car, it is exactly what I wanted, and we were able to fit payments easily into my budget, with enough left over that I was also able to get the platinum warranty and still meet my budget! I love love love my new car and I'm so happy to say it's mine! I would absolutely recommend Mazda of Elk Grove to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. More

She was very low key while being high energy about finding a car we would really like. She listened to our concerns and helped us think through what exactly we were looking for. When we were undecided between 2 cars we decided to go to lunch and come back. At hearing that, Shailene offered to pay for our lunch - we were quite shocked, but pleased. When we returned we learned more facts from Shailene and quickly made our decision. This was a very pleasant experience, mostly because of Shailene. She was professional and fun at the same time. She worked very hard to work within our budget and spent HOURS with us. We never felt pressured and felt that we were valued customers.
