This was the first car buying experience of my life and might I say that it was hands down the best sales experience I have ever had. Matt Heidrich was my main sales associate and I can't rave enough about might I say that it was hands down the best sales experience I have ever had. Matt Heidrich was my main sales associate and I can't rave enough about how friendly, informative, considerate, and knowledgeable he is. He bent over backwards to get me the best deal possible and my gratitude is endless. If you want to go through the best salesman in the industry then I couldn't recommend Matt enough. Not to mention, Anthony Triggs put in a great deal of effort and this whole thing may have not even been possible if not for him, you are awesome and thank you so much again for everything. The last shout out is to Steven Wray who wrapped everything up for me in financing, he was quick and too the point and made what should be the most mentally draining part (the paper work) a breeze to get through and I didn't feel for a minute that I was pressured into anything. At the end of it all, I walked away with what could be described as a dream come true for me. I got a gorgeous 2012 Mazda3 Hatchback for an unbelievable deal. Such a awesome beautiful car. Initially we were stuck between an Acord, Camry, and Sonata. We studied more reviews and discovered the Mazda6. We were immediately taken by suprise with its style and lin between an Acord, Camry, and Sonata. We studied more reviews and discovered the Mazda6. She did a great job explaining all the pros and answering all of our questions without being pushy or forcefull. The test drive was fun and showed us a lot about the vehicle. We spent that night at home and decided on the Mazda over the other three. When we went in the following day we were undecided about color and options. Rachel spent THE WHOLE DAY helping us make our decision. Another test drive, sitting in different interiors and much research finding the color and interior that we wanted we finally bought a beautiful liquid silver Touring Grand. We opted for the extended warrenty and maintenance program. Being a auto restoration specialist, I know the value of dealer trained technicians in dealing with the maintenance on a sophisticated machine with technical options and features. We were a little price shocked on the extended warrenty however I know for sure that price shock will turn into a relief if we should have to use it.
