Recently my previous vehicle died on me so I did a lot of research on makes and models that I would prefer to own. I was brought to the Mazda of Elk Grove even though it was a dealership I had not intended o research on makes and models that I would prefer to own. Maverick showed me a few models around my target price and let me test drive one I had my eye on. He was very professional and patient when helping me with my decision. He was less concerned with selling a car and more on making sure I was happy with my visit which was great. I was later shown new 2013 models which he said was around my price range. I ended up buying a car that very same day and visit. I was able to get a great deal on my new Mazda3 and was extremely pleased with the professional and polite manners of employees at Elk Grove Mazda. My experience with Elk Grove Mazda Dealership and especially with my salesman, Garrett Oxnaes was wonderful. I hated (in the past with car dealers) the experience of being entertained in a phoney way while the numbers were being crunched. My experience with Mazda Dealership and salesman: Garrett Oxnaes was refreshingly easy going, swift, smooth and relaxing. I spent the typical 4 + hours there and had not had any dinner , yet I did not mind. Normally , I would get impatient, ansy and tired and just say "I have to go now", but my experience with the Mazda dealership and salesman, Garret was great. I was introduced to other salesmen who were very polite and greeted me. I appreciated the education of loans, etc by my salesman. I was professionally informed of all the dealer offers to customers. I feel confident that should I not understand how to work something with my new Mazda3, I can easily get in touch with the dealer (which is a mere mile from my work) or my salesman and not feel guilty for asking the simpliest of questions. They honestly gave me the feeling they want to continue the salesman/customer relationship. I do not have the sense "ok, we sold you a car now be on your way". I am a single woman with minimal knowledge of technology, so I do appreciate the welcoming attitude they provided to me. Salesman Garret Oxnaes is a sincere and honest and easy going salesman. I will recommend Elk Grove Mazda and salesman, Garrett Oxnaes, to anyone that even mentions the thought they are considering buying a car. Thank you. More

Being a first time car buyer was a bit overwhelming but Pasao was very helpful and did everything he could to make the process nice and easy. I had been warned the paperwork process can take a long time but Pasao was really accommodating and kept me informed during the various steps of the process. I got a great deal and after signing all the paperwork with Grant, who was also extremely friendly and helpful, I was out of there in no time. Pasao made sure I knew how to work all the different functions in my new car and helped me set up the bluetooth before I hit the road. I sent Justin Sutterfield from the Ford Roseville Automall asking him who can give me the best deal for a Mazda CX5 SUV and he referred me to Omar to purchase. Justin contacted Omar and gave him my Automall asking him who can give me the best deal for a Mazda CX5 SUV and he referred me to Omar to purchase. Justin contacted Omar and gave him my contact information and Omar called me with 10 minutes and asked me what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted down to the color I wanted. Omar had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Of course I wanted to top of the line, but realistically had to get what I could afford. Omar was very patient and gave me all the costs for the top model. I ended up getting the vehicle that my friend Paul Curtis bought from the Auburn dealership and Omar matched the price. Michael was very courteous and friendly and explained everything in a very professional manner. He was like a brother looking out for you and giving you a birds eye view of the various dealerships and h everything in a very professional manner.
