I purchased a brand new Mazda CX-9 from Garrett. He was sooo friendly and thorough. He explained every piece of paper and went over every inch of my new vehicle. My husband and I had been searching on line for a couple days trying to find a used 06 or newer Mazda Miata with less than 60,000 miles and found several but further away or already gone. He emailed just Elk Grove Miata with an inquiry on one and Jambert called him back right away. The car he called on was gone however Jambert went above and beyond as he new that a 2011 came in just the day before that was close to our price range. We went to see it the following day and even though I had an apt and had to rush him, he did all possible to get me out of there plus gave me gas so I didn't have to stop. Basically we got a new car with the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty! It is beautiful and we love it. Jambert didn't have to mention the car that came in as the dealer did not get to even advertise it on line to get more clients. Let me tell you this liquid silver beauty would have many interested!!!! Thank you Jambert for the EXCELLENT customer service! More

He was never pushy and obviously was trying to help me figure out the best car for me (between the mazda 3 options). At the end of the day, I ended out buying a beautiful 2013 Mazda 3 for a screaming deal. It was cheaper than the used Mazda's I was looking at with 30k miles. Matt was unbelievable. He was super attentive, helpful, knowledge about and overall, Elk Grove Mazda was my best car experience yet. I would recommend anyone to go there and ask for Matt. You won't be let down. More

From shopping the lot to test drive and then into the finance phase my sales person, Matt, was knowledgable and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured inot anytjing I wasn't interested in. I've been a customer of Elk Grove Mazda since it opened, and I've been a Mazda owner since 2003. I always loved the customer service in the service department and always found John Hennessy to be ve opened, and I've been a Mazda owner since 2003. I always loved the customer service in the service department and always found John Hennessy to be very helpful whenever my car needed an oil change or a repair. So when our 2004 Mazda 3 was totalled in an unfortunate accident, I went straight to John Hennessy and asked him to recommend a "no BS" salesman in the sales department. John immediately introduced me to Garrett Oxnaes and we hit it off immediately. I wanted to buy another Mazda 3 (the safety features on the 2004 were most impressive). He let me know what my options were, found a car for us immediately and always responded quickly to emails and calls. On the day we came into purchase the car, he immediately took us on a test drive and then walked us through the financing options, making sure we were comfortable (snacks & soda) and kept us informed of the process during the times when there are unavoidable waits (financing). We drove off the lot in our new car 3 hours later and we love the car. Garrett was an awesome sales person. He listened to what we said we wanted and did not try to sell us anything we did not need or want, which was really refreshing. He was also very good at teaching us the new features on our car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Mazda from Elk Grove Mazda and I would certainly refer friends and family to Garrett. More

I came into your dealership last Memorial Monday evening and it was very busy inside; but I needed help. That is when Garrett kindly approached me, introduced himself and asked if I needed assistance. He accomindated me immediately and I didn't have to wait. We discussed my needs, identified the vehicle I wanted and did not go through any hassle what so ever in the price negotiation process. He was very professional, honest, and personable. This is the kind of treatment / service I expect when coming to any car dealership. We struck a deal. It was getting late and your service department was already closed. But Garrett was still able to get the car prepared and ready for me to take home that evening. The car was also low on gas and tire pressure. He brought me to the nearby gas station and personally filled the tank and inflated all four tires. It was already dark and also raining. This was very kind of him and much appreciated. Garrett invited me to come back this Saturday to fully go over the car's features, if I had any concerns, or needed any further help. It was my second pleasant experience today and I left happy and very satisfied. It is this level of service and treatment provided by Garrett that will make your dealership successful. Prior to coming to your dealership that afternoon, we were at the Subaru dealer across the street. My wife and I were test driving several models and we decided the one we wanted. During the negotiation process, it became very unpleasant for us and we left. It is OK if we cannot agree on a price, but for the salesperson to tell us that he could get more $ from the Car Max dealer than the price he was offering us was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. I came in thinking I was pre approved through a sister dealership. The pre approval did not transfer over. The first approval at Mazda was not what I wanted as far as terms. After some discussion Anthony was able to find an approval that although was more than originally wanted, was acceptable. Through the whole process I felt comfortable and never felt pressured to accept anything I didn't want. All the staff was very nice and did everything they could to get us into the vehicle I wanted.
