I had a really great experience at Elk Grove Mazda. I was looking to trade in my Mazda 5 for a little bigger car and was able to get a CX-9 that fit my price range and had what I was looking for. I contacted Jambert through the internet and did most of the communicating prior to coming into the dealership, this helped to make the process much easier once I was there. When my family did arrive, the car that I had contacted him about was already ready for me to look at and take out for a test drive. Jambert was very nice and and never made me feel pressured. He was able to make the deal happen and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jambert. The sales rep Garrett Oxnaes was super awesome! He worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and went over every option with me. He was very good at explaining all my options in a blunt no nonsense manner with zero pressure.
