Our experience was very relaxing, if that seems possible at a car dealership. Never once did we hear "what is it going to take to get you in this car today, tomorrow, or next week". We were going through USAA's Car Buying Program to find the best price for the CX-5 we wanted. Of the three dealerships given the information, Garrett Oxnaes of Elk Grove Mazda called within 10 minute find the best price for the CX-5 we wanted. Of the three dealerships given the information, Garrett Oxnaes of Elk Grove Mazda called within 10 minutes of my request at the USAA site. He found the vehicle we were looking for, set it aside for us to see it the next day and related how Elk Grove Mazda worked with USAA all the time and the process (if I decided to purchase through them) would be expedited. He then asked what the rate was for our loan through USAA. I told him and I said I don't think Elk Grove could beat it. But, they did: by 2 percentage points! God bless USAA (from a retired officer) but Elk Grove Mazda has earned my business and my family's business for years to come. David in Finance and Garrett in Sales were consummate professionals and the whole buying process was smooth and uneventful.
