I had been in many different dealership, Elk Grove Mazda is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. My experience with Matt Heidrich in buying a car was very easy going and comfortable. My parents knew I was interested in buying a Mazda3 for a while. They surprised me one day when the decided to visit the Elk Grove Mazda and take a look at the car I wanted while I was at work. They met Ratish Singh that day and he immediately started taking a lot of the pictures and sent me the picture of the vehicle and called me back and went in great details discussing the vehicle in detail. I told my parents I was interested in the vehicle and they would bargain on my behalf. They later called me and they couldn't get the price. Ratish told my parents that he and the Sales manager would discuss it more and call back my parents. That night Ratish called my parents and they agreed to the price. The very next day I went to Elk Grove Mazda and met Ratish and my new car. My parents had nothing but great praises for Ratish and the Elk Grove Mazda dealership. They said it has been the most pleasant and stress-free car shopping experience they ever had. Ratish was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. Ron, who did our finance, did a fantastic job discussing all the finer work with the paperwork. As a new car buyer, all the information was extremely useful.
