I had looked at a few other dealerships before coming to Elk Grove Mazda. I came out all the form the bay area just to see Garrett and Anthony. My girlfriend had boughten a car from them not to long ago and Elk Grove Mazda. I came out all the form the bay area just to see Garrett and Anthony. My girlfriend had boughten a car from them not to long ago and she referred me to them. Right when I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Garrett had the car I was interested in all ready for the test drive. I had been through a few test drives on the same car, but the test drive here was the best I had experienced. Garrett took me through every detail of the car and showed me how to use al the technology. He really knew every detail about the car. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers, both Anthony and Garrett were really working hard to stay within my wishes. They both worked hard to make sure I was taken car of. I had a couple people in front of me to go into finance so Garrett bought me lunch! Such a nice gesture that did not have to be done. Once I got into financing it was smooth sailing, Steve made sure I understood every detail of what I was signing. He had no problem answering any of my questions silly or not. Overall this was a great experience for buying my FIRST car! I highly recommend this dealership. If I decide to get another Mazda in the future I will defiently be coming back. More
