Mike worked tirelessly, during the nights, weekends, and his days off, to find us the perfect fit. We were not easy customers as we had specific requirements of our car, like low gas mileage, good fuel economy, and for it to be automatic. Nevertheless, Mike and the guys, including Nick, were determined to have us leave in the car we wanted rather than just the car we could afford/needed. Great car, come to find out it is pre-certified, which was awesome! Had amazing service, everyone was very nice an accommodating. Took us on the best test drive route out of everyone. Overall experience was definitely top 2 out of all dealers I went to. I would definitely go back if I ever wanted to trade or buy another car. More

First Time Buyer I came to Elk Grove Mazda after visiting 3 other dealerships. What I liked about this dealership was that everyone was extremely helpful and I didn't feel extremely pressured by anyone I came in contact with. As we approached the dealership we were greeted by Nick Ishihara. He immediately introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. I already had a certain vehicle in mind, and he went and found it for me. For Nick not being in the business a really long time, I was quite impressed with how much he knew about the car I was test driving and all the things he was telling me to do during our test drive. It was the most thorough test drive I had been on. Once I decided I really liked the car and wanted to purchase it, Nick was very helpful, he worked with us, and he made my first time purchasing a car a great one! I worked with Steve in finance who was also extremely helpful as well. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is the trade in process. I traded in my car and used some of the money as a down payment. I asked that the rest be given to me in a check. The night I purchased my vehicle I didn't have the registration or title so they said I couldn't get the check then. I completely understood and went the very next day with the requested documents. It's been a little over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the check. I understand it takes time, but I did my part in a timely manner, and I would have appreciated the same sense of urgency. This of course was no fault of my salesman, as this matter is not something he attends to. I will definitely recommend this dealer and Nick to anyone looking to buy a car, I might just recommend they don't do a trade in. More
