From hating dealerships to a great experience I cannot say that I have had enjoyable experiences over the years when walking into a dealership. Jaik made the long process as pleasant as he could. Going to a dealership on a nice Saturday you're going to end up waiting on paperwork. Jaik was personable, knowledgeable and low key. I've been to dealerships before where as soon as your paperwork is in F&I for processing the salesperson says goodbye nice working with you and is back out on the lot, not so with Jaik. In fact he spent that time ensuring our cars were ready for us. Jaik is younger than my kids but I never felt he was too young to trust he knew what he was doing. All in all a positive experience. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Jaik Willmon. More

Wonferful Experience When I walked into the dealership I was on the fence about selling my car and getting something new. When I walked in Jaik walked up, introduced him When I walked into the dealership I was on the fence about selling my car and getting something new. When I walked in Jaik walked up, introduced himself and was so polite, relaxed and fun. It was so wonderful to not be pressured about just looking at the car. He took his time in explaining the car features to me, why Mazda was better than the competitors and why this car I was looking at was better than others I had looked at. He never talked down to me while he explained this either. A big reason of why I did buy the Mazda and sell my car is because of how wonderful Jaik was. He even made the contract signing fun. During the contract signing we went out and looked at the car was I going to buy, someone who drove it previously had left a light on so the battery was dead, Jaik immediately went and got the charger to re-charge the battery and explained to me that he was going to make sure they charged the battery while they were detailing the car so I didn't have to worry. Once everything was over he explained us that he wouldn't let us take off from the dealership unless the car was up to his high standards, including the battery. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who goes to the dealership to ask for Jaik, you won't be disappointed working with such an awesome guy/salesmen. More

I would rather be skinned alive than go through the car buying process, however Kim, Matt, Steve and Anthony were absolutely fantastic!! No pressure or rudeness (can't say the same about Lasher Dodge) I got the car at a great price and I got a more than reasonable return on my trade-in. You definitely have an excellent sales team and dealership and I will definitely return for my next car. Thank you so much for the non-stressful day!!
