Best Car Buying Experience I have owned 10 cars in my 32 years. 6 of which were purchased at a dealership. I have had some pretty rough experiences in the past, so this time a I have owned 10 cars in my 32 years. 6 of which were purchased at a dealership. I have had some pretty rough experiences in the past, so this time around I was prepared. I found the car I was interested in online. I did research about the specific details of the car, features, ratings, average pricing, etc. I checked my credit score, available interest rates at local credit unions and other banks. I came to the dealership knowing exactly what price I wanted to pay, what interest rate I was willing to accept and how much I was willing to walk away with. Much to my surprise, this time around was unlike any other car buying experience! Nick was knowledgable about the specific car I was interested in, even though it was a used car. (In my experience, many car sales associates know about new cars, but very little about used cars on their lots) He was friendly and helpful without making me feel pressured in any way. He explained that the sales associates at this dealership are not commission based, rather salary based. They are there to help you buy the right car for your, on your terms, rather than push you into a car just to make a sale. They want customers for life, not just one sale. The proof can be seen in the car I chose which was purchased new at this dealership and returned as a trade at the same dealership. If that doesn't convince you of their service, keep reading. After going for a quick test drive I settled in with Nick to run numbers. The numbers part of any deal is the most trying. This was the fastest and easiest experience! I told him what I wanted to pay and what interest rate I wanted. After a couple of quick discussions with the "back office" we had a deal! I'm talking, maybe 30 minutes, max. Little did I know that once I got met with Steve to sign all the paperwork, he would actually get me a LOWER interest rate than I anticipated. Thanks for that! Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly, helpful and warm hearted. I truly felt like I was visiting some friends or family and getting the "family discount" rather than going into a high pressure car dealership and being taken. To top it all off, I get to take my pretty new ride down there for FREE carwashes FOR LIFE!? What kind of dealership offers a perk like that?! Thank you to Nick and Steve and everyone I worked with for making this experience such a refreshing one! I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else! Mission accomplished: Customer for life! More

Easiest car buying experience ever! I purchased my second Mazda at Mazda of Elk Grove with Garrett Oxnaes. I went on their website for pre-approval financing and within minutes I recieve I purchased my second Mazda at Mazda of Elk Grove with Garrett Oxnaes. I went on their website for pre-approval financing and within minutes I recieved a phone call from Garrett telling me I was approved. He was very friendly and helpful with seeing what works for me and what he could do for me. We spoke over the phone a few times to work out the details so when I went to the dealership all I had to do was test drive and sign for my new Mazda 3.
