The experience I had was not only easy but stress free and quick. Dre was able to work around my busy work schedule get my paper work rolling without even being on location. I am easily offended by car salesmen and the buying process. I drove by the lot three separate times looking at Mazdas. I did not stop because I don't enjoy the car buying process one bit. Salesmen get on my nerves rather quickly as I do all my own research and seldom need to be "sold" on something I know I want. When I finally stopped I was still a month away from buying. I left with a new Mazda 3...... The Salesmen made it happen. Dre Cutchlow was amazing. Answered questions, took me for a couple of test rides in a couple of different cars and never once made me feel like I had to buy it today. Even after I told him I was not going to buy today he offered an extended test drive to see if the cargo I needed to haul would fit. Dre Crutchlow knew I was not going to get the car that day and was still willing to put in the time to earn my eventual business. Long story short - After going over the numbers I leased the car that day. Dre made it happen. I did not have to see a "closer" in a small back room even one time. To say I have never seen such an accommodating dealership would be an understatement. How many dealers give you the owners cell phone number? This one does! I am extremely happy with how it went and with the car. More

After contacting several (6 total) Mazda internet dealers, I decided to purchase my CX-5 from Mazda of Elk Grove. Elias Gonzalez is the best, very helpful, made everything go smoothly. I showed up on Saturday and my CX-5, in the color I wanted with the tech packages I wanted, was detailed and waiting on me. Financing and paperwork was a snap thanks to Steve Wray. I was driving home in my beautiful new CX-5 and VERY HAPPY in no time at all!! More
