We chose him because we liked his personal style email. He called us almost immediately although we called him late at night, and even though it was close to closing, he searched for our vehicle on the spot. It wasn't in the dealership but he found a way to bring it there quickly. However, Garrett Oxnaes was at the dealership when we arrived at the dealership (to test drive) and helped us find our true car. He has a no pressure, easy to talk to approach of selling. In the future, I will be sure to come again and give a great referral to others about Mazda vehicles and especially Mazda of Elk Grove dealership because of customer service. More

He also showed us a Nissan Rogue to compare. I never felt rushed and was happy to call him when I decided in the CX5. He came in on his day off and spent 4 hrs to complete the sale and take us for a 2nd test drive, Steve Wray did the financing and final paperwork and is very understanding and helpful while I find the paper work for the trade in. Natalie contacted me right away for the luxe care appt and to order the accessories i want. I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Elk Grove Mazda. More
