You often hear that car buying is such an annoying and long process, but if you go to Mazda of Elk Grove you won't have that problem. From start to finish Matt communicated with me, and even now he continues to check in regarding my car and how I like it. In my opinion that shows how much he was interested in making me, the customer happy rather than just making it a goal to sell a car. It's not often you find car salesmen that are truly dedicated to making their customer happy. My overall experience of Mazda on a scale of 1-10 is definitely a 10+ because they provide such a calm atmosphere. Although I had been in contact with Matt before my arrival, I was so nervous going in, but the second I walked through the door I was at ease because of the smiling faces and helpful people. He was great and answered all our questions with no pressure to buy. So we went back two days later so I could test drive a car. Radish was off so Garrett Oxnaes helped us. He is the best Sales Person my husband and I have ever dealt with!!!!! He was knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. He demonstrated all the safety features for me. He never pressured us to buy but took the time to make sure we saw/understood all the great features/benefits of the car. He made the buying process from beginning to end a pleasant experience. I could go on and on, but just know you would get exceptional service if you ask for Garrett. If I owned my own business I would hire Garrett as part of my management team, he's that good.
