We drove all the way from the Bay Area because they were very competitive on price and made it worth the drive. On top of that, I've never had such an awesome experience purchasing a car. We weren't the easiest clients because we weren't sure of the model/color we wanted. Anthony, Michael, and Julian were patient and gracious with us. They didn't pressure us in the process and honored their word. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will probably buy another car from them in the future! P.S. This is our first time owning a Mazda and we are very impressed with the product too. Great quality for the price. More

Anthony Triggs took my call. As a GM, he went above and beyond. Where others passed me off to sales associates, Anthony found me the exact car I wanted; he worked with me on a price we both felt was fair; and he was honest during the entire process where others weren't. At Maita, they refused to even call over to another dealership to locate the vehicle Anthony found for me - arguing that it "didn't exist in inventory" and "wasn't worth their time to make a call for a vehicle they knew didn't exist." When Anthony found the vehicle, he sat on the phone with me, calling to reach the other dealership, for an hour while their phones were down because he knew that was the car I wanted. He didn't try to sell me another car - he worked his xxx off to get me the car I wanted. All as the GM during Memorial Day Weekend - the biggest weekend of the year. Finally, when he had arranged the trade, he had a driver pick up the car and have it to me first thing in the morning the next day. Everyone at Elk Grove Mazda was warm, they weren't pushy, and I felt I received prompt and outstanding service, despite a weekend so busy there weren't even parking spaces. More importantly, they found me the car I wanted and maintained my sense of urgency but reduced my stress levels measurably. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market. More

The car wasn't completely detailed when it came time to deliver and Garrett felt that wasn't right so we had the car brought back to have it done properly. When it came time to pick up the car I noticed that there were lots of water spots all over it. Well, this wasn't Mazda's fault; there was a storm that had passed over just earlier, leaving mater marks. The service manager said they'll hand wash the car the next time I was in. Didn't have to do that, but that kind of service is what separates ordinary from exceptional. I'm not a month into my '6' purchase but I'm confident that MoEG will take care of whatever my car needs are. More
