We are thoroughly enjoying the car on our weekend road trips through the coast and Sierra foothills. The car is running well and I’m extremely happy with our choice. Our experience at the dealership was very good and easy. We had spoken with Fritz Roepke on the phone after seeing the car we liked online and he had the car prepped and ready for us to test. Fritz allowed my father and I to test the car alone, and then later Fritz took the time to teach me the basics of driving a standard transmission. At no point were the staff of Elk Grove Mazda anything but friendly and courteous. My wife generally leaves car dealerships complaining about pushy staff; however, she had only positive things to say about Elk Grove Mazda. My wife and I both decided that we wanted to purchase the car. Fritz and Steve Wray helped us get our financing in order, getting us a very competitive APR on our auto loan. All that to say, I would recommend Elk Grove Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car. They offer a quality experience that I have yet to see replicated at other dealerships, including: A non-pushy sales demeanor, competitive pricing, lounge styled waiting room, complimentary car washes, and free fountain drinks.
