Amazing staff So i went to a dealership prior to going to elk grove mazda and left because i was so frustrated because the salesman was sooo pushy. When i asked specific questions about the vehicle the salesman hadn't a clue. When i arrived at elk grove nissan i was greeted by mike. He asked me what i was looking for and pointed me in that direction. He let me know he was there if i had any questions. I really appreciated that because i wasnt sure what i wanted. I needed time to look and privacy to speak to my girfriend about the vehicles. When i signed for mike to come over he explained EVERY little detail about the vehicle. I was amazed how much he knew about Mazda. Never once did he try to push me to test drive a vehicle. It was because of his knowledge and professionalism that i went from "shopping" to purchasing a 2016 cx-5 from him. I would highly recommend mike. I even told his sales manger Mike needed a raise! Assistance was available and offered but not forced upon me. I was able to evaluate the vehicle that had captured my interest in the showroom uninterrupted. I also roamed the lot for available choices without assistance. Test driving the vehicle was quick and efficient. Once I had made the decision to buy, Gerlie Fervidal helped me through the process and it went very smooth. I had her complete and uninterrupted assistance to evaluate if my bicycle would fit inside the car. She was friendly, patient and kind explaining all the features of my new vehicle and test driving it for a second time. This dealership deserves my enthusiastic recommendation. More
