In the past when purchasing a car you end up spending the entire day at the dealership. I was at the dealership for an hour and a half and drove off with my new 2015 Mazda6 Touring. Maverick is very knowlegable about Mazda's and even drives one himself. Mazda is lucky to have Maverick! I had been car shopping all over Sacramento and had a lot of horrible experiences. This was the best! They truly care about their customers. I live near Roseville and will go out of my way to go back to Elk Grove Mazda. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Great service the second time around. Upon my first visit to EG Mazda, I was greeted by Rachel. She is very kind, knowledgable and honest in her sales approach. She showed me the exact car I wanted, took it for a test drive. Upon returning, I was ready to make a deal. Unfortunately for me and Rachel, Sales Manager Anthony Triggs wasn't. After he gave me some bogus numbers to try to gouge me, I was astonished, I may be relatively young (26), but that doesn't mean I'm an idiot who takes crap numbers. I left the dealership rather salty. I kept in contact with Rachel though, and we decided to try to give it another go, this time, I told her I didn't want to deal with Anthony, because he obviously has no respect for his customers, I told her I wanted the other Sales Manager Grant Salge. Grant was a stand up guy who showed me numbers straight away that I thought were very fair and reasonable and ended up purchasing the very next day. Steve Wray is a good guy as well, didn't spend a whole lot of time with him, but from what I could gather he was earnest and not pushy at all with the products he offers. Overall, Rachel, Grant, and Steve deserve the 5 stars I'm offering. If it wasn't for them, I would have been giving them a 0. More

Unfortunately, I got into an accident which led me to purchase a car earlier that expected. I wanted to pay off my credit cards first. So I was extremely stressed out, feeling bad about my credit score, etc, so I did not make it easy for them but they rose to the challenge and exceeded my expectaions.
