We found our salesman Matthew Heinrich and Elk Grove Mazda to be that. They match and beat another dealership's offer to us. We feel we have gotten a very good deal. More
Worth the Drive! I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I have bought 2 vehicles from them over the last 2 years and have been very happy with bo I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I have bought 2 vehicles from them over the last 2 years and have been very happy with both my 2014 Mazda 6 and my wife's 2016 Mazda CX-5. What I love about the Mazda line is what you get for the money. Mazda of Elk Grove is a CarPro Certified dealer which means no haggling and no high pressure sales people. Also there is stability in their employees. I was able to work with the same sales person for both purchases. His name is Ratish and I would buy a third car from him if I needed it. At most other dealerships, the sales staff are transient. The Elk Grove Mazda service department is incredible, Two years ago I had a flat tire on my brand new Mazda 6. I picked up a nail in the side wall and it wasn't repairable. These are low-profile tires and few people stock them. I live in Granite Bay and it was a Saturday afternoon. I put on the emergency spare and went looking for a tire at some of the local tire shops with no luck. I went to my local Mazda dealer in the Roseville Auto Mall and they would not help me because I didn't have an appointment (like I knew I was going to get a flat). I called Elk Grove Mazda and told them about my situation. It was late in the afternoon and I knew it was going to take some time to get there. They had a tire in stock and told me to take my time getting there and not to get on the freeway due to the emergency spare. "Be safe" the service manager said, "we will wait for you". The service manager had stayed after hours to help me out and even though the Elk Grove dealership is 35 miles away, I will always go to them for service because of what they did for me that day. Kyle is my go to guy now when I need service. He is always accommodating. They have high speed internet and there is an area where I can set up my laptop. I seem to get more work done there than I do in my office. The outstanding people at this dealership definitely make it worth the time and effort to get there. Best car buying experience I have ever had! I was in the market for a new/used car and I went to Mazda of Elk Grove to see about purchasing a vehicle. The employees at this location were extreme I was in the market for a new/used car and I went to Mazda of Elk Grove to see about purchasing a vehicle. The employees at this location were extremely professional. I was a little hesitant about my visit since I have not bought a car from a dealership. Being that is was my first time not buying a vehicle from a private owner I was handle with the best care possible. Not only was I given options to help with my comfort level of payments but the payment plan was exactly what I was looking for as far as comfort level with my particular income. Nicholas Ishihara was made my experience what it was, he was super informative about the vehicles I had in mind and what would be the best option for me. Nick present me with more than one choice and more than enough ideas of what I might be able to purchase suited to what I explained my needs were. I not only would recommend Mazda of Elk Grove to my friends in the market for a new/used vehicle but I have already and Nick is the man I said to go see. Anthony Triggs came out and met with me over a couple concerns relating to not only my recent purchase but how to handle certain situations pertaining to my vehicle including Maintence and accuse sent repair. It was especially nice to see that the General Manager had the time in his busy schedule to take the time to speak with me personally when I'm sure he had a lot of buisness to take care of since he was in charge of overseeing the buisness. A+ Overall I am more than satisfied, I would say grateful and very much appreciative to the teams support with my intimate decision to do buisness with Mazda and in particular Mazda of Elk Grove. The owner personally saw to our situation, and Rachel worked with us to find just the car we were looking for, even though we knew nothing about Mazdas before entering the lobby. We never felt pressured by anyone, even when we left to get lunch and talk about our options (we were still looking at other makes at other dealers). When we returned to look at a different model, Rachel accommodated us, taking us for a second test drive and working up a price comparison for us. We never felt pressured during the financial meeting with Steven either. Not only was this a painless experience, it was a comfortable, enjoyable experience. I have never felt that way purchasing a car before! More

There were several areas where there were gum marks not removed before leaving the dealership I noticed. The car was taken back to have the areas addressed. The next day when I went to wax the car I noticed more spots that I had to clay bar to remove. Also, the rear license plate bracket holes were drilled incorrectly initially. The wrong preset drill locations were selected, these were for another countries plates. So there are two additional holes drilled into the bumper for no reason. I believe it should eventually be covered by the permanent plate but still not what I expect on a new car preparation. More

Terrific experience! I identified a car they had listed online. After discussing it with Fritz on the phone and online, I traveled from out of state to buy it. I was very unsatisfied when I first got the car there were multiple thing wrong with the car I bought for instance the window would stay up unless I locked it, the CD player doesn't work the ash tray lighter doesn't work but most Impotantly the horn or anything on the steering wheel didn't work I was also promised from Nissan that I would get GAP at not extra charge which was never compromised and the car was very filthy but I had to rush to work after and couldn't talk to the manager when I did have time to contact the store I was brushed off and never called back until a month later one of the managers contacted me and insisted that I bring my car in to be fixed and cleaned. When I first found the problem and was dusted off like I was just a profit I wouldn't have ever recommended some one to this shop. But as of today I would definitely recommend this shop EJ, Kyle, and Anthony helped me out on getting an appointment to fix the problems on my car and were very friendly they went the extra mile so I wouldn't feel like I was being robbed by a dealership I am very happy they reached out to me fixed and redetailed my car! Thank you so much Mazda you guys are great! More
