Wonferful Experience When I walked into the dealership I was on the fence about selling my car and getting something new. When I walked in Jaik walked up, introduced him When I walked into the dealership I was on the fence about selling my car and getting something new. When I walked in Jaik walked up, introduced himself and was so polite, relaxed and fun. It was so wonderful to not be pressured about just looking at the car. He took his time in explaining the car features to me, why Mazda was better than the competitors and why this car I was looking at was better than others I had looked at. He never talked down to me while he explained this either. A big reason of why I did buy the Mazda and sell my car is because of how wonderful Jaik was. He even made the contract signing fun. During the contract signing we went out and looked at the car was I going to buy, someone who drove it previously had left a light on so the battery was dead, Jaik immediately went and got the charger to re-charge the battery and explained to me that he was going to make sure they charged the battery while they were detailing the car so I didn't have to worry. Once everything was over he explained us that he wouldn't let us take off from the dealership unless the car was up to his high standards, including the battery. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who goes to the dealership to ask for Jaik, you won't be disappointed working with such an awesome guy/salesmen. More

My husband and I were looking at Mazdas for some time and every time we would come back with questions or want just information, we were met with the nicest and most knowledgeable sales people. They never once pressured us and let us know that we were welcome anytime. When the time did come to buy our car, they again were so patient with us and got us exactly what we wanted. Then came the signing of papers. OMG so easy and painless! I cannot recommend this place enough! We went to Elk Grove to look at a used vehicle and Rachel was amazing. She was not pushy, but was willing to also show us a new vehicle when we asked. We get special pricing through my company on new vehicles. Other dealerships had not been truthful to us about this pricing, but Rachel pulled up a report and showed it to me. It matched the research I had already done. Right then is when I realized I wanted to buy a car from her. Rachel then continued to work with us to get the price we wanted. Rachel made the process easy with no nonsense. She was straightforward and we dealt with only her. We were not tagged teamed by multiple people. After the sale was final and Rachel had already worked overtime because the dealership was closed she still stayed with us to show us all the cool tech features and sync our phones to the car. I would highly recommend buying a car from Rachel. She will be my go to in a few years when we will be in the market again. I appreciate the no nonsense and no fake fees approach. More
