You often hear that car buying is such an annoying and long process, but if you go to Mazda of Elk Grove you won't have that problem. From start to finish Matt communicated with me, and even now he continues to check in regarding my car and how I like it. In my opinion that shows how much he was interested in making me, the customer happy rather than just making it a goal to sell a car. It's not often you find car salesmen that are truly dedicated to making their customer happy. My overall experience of Mazda on a scale of 1-10 is definitely a 10+ because they provide such a calm atmosphere. Although I had been in contact with Matt before my arrival, I was so nervous going in, but the second I walked through the door I was at ease because of the smiling faces and helpful people. Matt has taken care of my issues and troubles for about a year now. He wasn't just in it for his commission. Although important as it is part of his salary, he wasn't looking to just make another sale. For me it too about 5 months to decide which car to get. I did have an issue with it down the road, due to damage cause by the area I lived in, he was the one to help me again. His patience and way of understanding people is really impressive and hard to beat.
