Very straight forward transaction I started with some internet research and called around trying to find a new Mazda 3. Garrett at Elk Grove Mazda talked me into a Mazda 6 for the sam I started with some internet research and called around trying to find a new Mazda 3. Awesome experience! After extensive research about what new car I wanted and what dealership I wanted to buy from I finally choose Elk Grove Mazda. I had been researching After extensive research about what new car I wanted and what dealership I wanted to buy from I finally choose Elk Grove Mazda. I had been researching SUV's and dealerships for quite awhile on-line. I didn't need a new car but wanted a new one so I waited for quite awhile before visiting but I knew the special financing was ending soon so I righted I better go. I 1st visited the dealership last Tuesday and after looking at the CX-5's for awhile I was greeted by Elias Gonzalez. From the beginning it was an awesome car buying experience. Elias knew I drove a lot as my 2012 Infiniti had 82,000 miles so he took me on an extra log test drive so I could really get a feel for the CX-5 to see if it was really for me or not. After our test drive it was completely up to me if we wanted to talk numbers and at no point did I ever few pressured into coming inside. I loved the car so of course we went inside and played the numbers game. We couldn't agree and I left but at all times I felt respected unlike many dealerships. I've purchased many cars and have never had an experience quite like this with no pressure and totally up to me. A few days later I received a follow up e-mail from Elias to see if I was still interested. After messaging back and forth we finally agreed on numbers and terms which brings me to this past Saturday. I went to sign papers and was impressed again! After Elias filled out the initial paperwork again since it had been a few days I met with Steve Wray one of the Finance Managers and he was awesome as well. He was very knowledgeable about the car business and we had great conversation as I signed the paperwork. I've purchased many new cars and I have to say this was my best experience so far!! I really appreciate the no pressure sales environment and the fact that they really seem to want what's best for the consumer!! I would definitely recommend Elk Grove Mazda to my family and friends!! If your ever in the market for a new car you should check them out. I've had my new CX-5 for 2 days now and absolutely love it! More

Excellent buying experience. I was referred to this dealership and specifically Garrett due to great customer service. I went on to the lot looking for the car I thought I wanted, I was referred to this dealership and specifically Garrett due to great customer service. I went on to the lot looking for the car I thought I wanted, after driving the same car for over 10 years. Garrett took the time to show me around and ask questions that led to a car that actually fit more of my needs. His easy going nature takes the already heightened pressure of buying a car down. He worked to get me the price I desired including a car with a bigger package/more bells and whistles. He then took the time as we waited for finance (it was very busy the night I bought my car with three other people buying cars at the same time. Says a lot for the dealership!) to explain little things about the car as well as things I could add if desired. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Garrett. Not only will you get a great car but your experience will be less stressful and you will walk away knowing if you need anything for your car you will be taken care of. More

The people make the difference! After visiting several dealerships and salespeople in the area, it was refreshing to work with Fritz. He was about as casual and laid back as you expect a close friend to be, but went out of his way to locate a vehicle that fit our description and put together a deal that worked for us. If it was not for his hard work, we may have wound up with one of the other cars on our list. But that hard work and dedication to customer service did not stop with Fritz. We found Steve in finance to also have our best interests at heart. He was able to finance the deal at a better rate than our pre-approved auto loan was offering and he made the dreary work of paperwork and signatures less of a chore. The vehicle was delivered on a busy Saturday morning, fully detailed and ready to go. Fritz came out went over some basics for the car so that we had a head start with some of the new features. It was a nice touch! Just goes to show you that a dealership and its inventory is only as valuable as it employees! More

There was absolutely NO pressure with Garrett. Throughout the whole process, he had open and honest communication and was extremely attentive.
