He was meticulous, the ultimate pro, made sure everything was as it should be, and he did it all with grace, warmth and humor. Everything was open and above board. From the phone calls, e-mailed info, follow up and follow through; there was a big difference from the rest. The in-person experience at the dealership was even better. The welcome we received, friendliness and hospitality of the staff definitely was genuine and noticeable as good service is a lost art these days. This is my first Mazda and Garrett was able to match what I needed with the features and benefits of a Mazda 6 and he worked with me on an excellent deal.
