I called and talked to Jaik who arranged for us to bring the car back and they arranged for a rental car for us. We took the car back and Jaik met us and took us over to the detail shop where we picked up the rental car. We came back the next day and the car was ready for us. The staff at the detail shop was very courteous to us. We went back to the dealership and Isiaha helped with some technical questions on the Navigation System and answered a few basic questions. He wound up getting me the car I wanted for a price that I could handle and worked with me on his day off as well, arranging for someone to pick me up because I had no way to get to the dealership. Gerlie came and got me since Matt was away and she handled the rest of the transaction. She was friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this dealership. Matt's demonstration of the vehicle's features was the most thorough and educational I've ever received. I literally had no questions about it when his presentation was complete. From the moment you step foot in till you leave, it's a great experience! We made our first purchase here with Garrett some years ago. We honestly didn't know he was still with the dealership, and didn't look for him beforehand. However, Nicholas was awesome from the very start. Very honest, upfront, not pushy at all. We enjoyed being able to just talk with him. He was very friendly, yet professional. We really feel he did his best to get us a great buy, and we're extremely happy with our new Mazda CX-5. We saw Garrett later inside the dealership, and were really happy he's still there. He remembered us, came over, said 'hello' and chit chatted some. Our finance guy, Kyle, was great too!
