He was very enthusiastic about the vehicle I was interested in and in no way was he pushy!! He listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and was able to show me the exact car I wanted. After the test drive, we started all the paperwork. When the numbers came back to what I didn't want, he didn't give up and worked multiple different scenarios for me and was able to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. Bought a new 2017 Mazda 6 I came to Mazda of Elk Grove looking to buy a 2014 Mazda 6 with a 6sp manual. They had already sold the car earlier in the day much to my disappointme I came to Mazda of Elk Grove looking to buy a 2014 Mazda 6 with a 6sp manual. They had already sold the car earlier in the day much to my disappointment. They said they might be able to do something on a 2016 or 2017 model. I figured worth a try. Jason Ly looked up and found they only had 2 2017 touring models( the model I wanted) with 6sp. We drove the car and I really liked it. They were able to work with my wife and my current situation and gave us a fair deal on a great car. Jason was great and the managers were very friendly and professional. I would say that end the end my wife and myself are very happy with our new car. More

He was polite and answered all of my questions enthusiastically, and made sure I knew about some important features on my Mazda3. He was even kind enough to promptly respond to my texts and calls after selling the car to me. He didn't just "close a deal" and forget about me. Highly recommended! Kyle was also great in the office when it came to signing papers! My friends and family say that signing papers always takes a long time but he got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Must be some kind of record. More
