Elias was wonderful to work with and made the whole process so simple, especially as a first time car buyer. I showed up without an appointment but was promptly greeted by Elias, who was eager to help me without being pushy. He was everything I had hoped for in a car salesman, and having visited a few dealerships for a few different brands, I got to experience some less than stellar examples. This is exactly what made me come back to Elias - he could easily answer my questions about the car, he gladly took me on not one, not two, but three test drives, he made sure he showed me every feature I needed, and was overall a pleasure to work with. It all just seemed so easy, which is the best kind of customer service. I'm also very pleased with the dealership as a whole and the other staff that I interacted with during my visits. Everyone was friendly. No one pressured me. No one tried to hard-sell me. They only offered me more reasons to buy from them. I found that a used 2013 Fiat Pop was up for grabs and I just had to have it! When my family and I approached the dealership, Jason, was already standing outside as if he knew he was going to give us the best experience today. He greeted us like we just made his day already and we only just met. We told him exactly what we wanted and in a snap, we were already test driving it. As we were driving, he already brought up some awesome deals if I get the car today, free car washes for life. How great is that?! That definitely peaked my interest even more since I already know I'm getting the car in the first place. The best part of the experience is that I told him that I was under a time limit because I had work soon and I needed to get the process done beforehand. Jason understood completely and did just that. He started the whole process with absolute urgency, which I gratefully appreciate. The conversation was was great and he spoke to my family as if we knew him more than just an hour ago. Overall, I had an awesome experience and I highly recommend this man for any of my friends and family if they need car. I hope to see Jason again soon when I need my car wash.
