When we were @ the point of "just looking" stage...we meet the "extremely pleasant and knowledgeable" Matt Heidrich who offered to help us and take us A thru Z with the CX-5 we were looking at. He explained everything in complete detail and more! We went on a test drive...he then explained the complete car buying process. After spending 2 1/2 hours with us and answering every conceivable question, it was time for us to go home. He did not ask for our telephone number or our e-mail address ....he only said, when you are ready to buy, I will be here to take care of you! There was literally NO PRESSURE to buy anything!!! Unbelievable experience! Needless to say, when we were ready to buy our new vehicle, we returned to Elk Grove Mazda and Matt Heidrich! In the midst of addressing the main issue they also took care of a recall issue and provided at no cost a Full Circle Service Inspection. We are a Mazda household and Mazda of Elk Grove is in my opinion the best place to have your Mazda serviced! More

Rainy day miracle! Jeremy and Billy sure preformed a rainy day miracle for me. My car was towed in from my office in Folsom because it wouldn't start. Jeremy waited for Jeremy and Billy sure preformed a rainy day miracle for me. My car was towed in from my office in Folsom because it wouldn't start. Jeremy waited for the car and even dealt with the getting it from the tow truck driver as it would just start and die. Jeremy had a loaner car waiting and a resolution by the next morning. We ultimately purchased a 2016.5 CX-5 Grand Touring and are very happy with it so far. I would recommend this dealership and especially Cooper and Kyle to anyone who was looking to buy a car in a no pressure environment. Couldn't be happier!! I've been driving my CX-5 for a week now and and love it!! They knew when to help and also gave us out space when they sensed we wanted some privacy to chat alone. Rachel was with us through all stages of the process and really made us feel like she was on our team and fighting for us, even though we knew she had business to conduct.
