I test drove the Mazda 6, 2016, a car that I had personally been researching for atleast a y I met Nick back in October of 2016 at Mazda of Elk Grove. I told Nick the specifics I was looking for and he took my number. In the 5 months of Nick having my number he only contacted me a few times when there was something I would be interested in, which I completely respect. I appreciate how Edwin and the finance manager for the dealer guided me, making sure that I understood everything from financing and all the features of the vehicle. Before going to the dealer I had pretty much decided that I wanted the CX-5; from what I've read, it seems like it is the best on its class. I've had bad experiences before in dealing with car salesmen so going to a car dealer, even when you know what you want, to me it is comparable to getting a tooth pulled out. Dealing with Edwin felt like he was looking out for my best interest and not just selling me a car, he has changed every stereotype I have of car salesmen. besides this review I look forward to recommending Edwin and Mazda of Elk Grove to all my friends and family members. Buying a car can be as bad or worse than buying a house so dealing with a business that is honest and upfront is a breath of fresh air. Working with Fritz was like working with a personal shopper. His end goal was to insure I was happy and able to get the car I wanted. Not only did I go home with the CX 9, I went home with the CX 9 SIGNATURE for $5,000 less than the competitor was trying to sell me a Grand Touring with mileage on it. Management gave me a fair trade for my CX 5, Fritz took the time to show me everything in the car and Finance was simple and personable. Elk Grove is where it's at! More
