Minor fixes and recommendations Dealt with Billy Shields because I prefer to work with the same service tech from time to time. Billy is outstanding. Always doing three things at Dealt with Billy Shields because I prefer to work with the same service tech from time to time. Billy is outstanding. Always doing three things at once but never fails to pay attention to my service needs. Makes excellent recommendations about parts and services. This last trip I was there to fix a pesky headlight, which he did complimentary because I had had them replaced at the dealership recently, but he also handled an oil change and air filter replacement for me right on the spot. We also talked about the car getting older and if I had ever put fuel additive into my tank to help with the engine build up. I had not, and brought up a few recommendations and prices right there on his computer for me to see. Billy is an excellent tech who gives supreme service and is the main reason I keep coming back to EG Mazda. Thanks! More

Great car-buying experience I inquired about one of their new Miata RF launch editions they had listed on the web page and Ratish was prompt at giving me details and answering an I inquired about one of their new Miata RF launch editions they had listed on the web page and Ratish was prompt at giving me details and answering any questions I had. They were able to accept an e-plan certificate for this model, which my local dealerships weren't yet willing to do, and Ratish provided a detailed quote of the out the door costs breaking down the total for me. Having conducted all our business via phone and email due to my distance from the dealership, I had some concerns that once I made the trip out, something might go wrong and mean I wasted hours driving up. Fortunately, this wasn't the case. Ratish did a great job showing off the features of the car and explaining the different warranties. The car inspection and test drives went smoothly and then I finalized the paperwork with Francisco. Like Ratish, he was friendly and professional. He explained options without pushing and gave me as much time as I needed to go over the paperwork. While I signed the paperwork, Ratish went above and beyond in letting the friend I came with (another Mazda enthusiast) drive his personal RX-8. As a first-time buyer, I had a fantastic experience at Mazda of Elk Grove and I'd definitely recommend it. More

Leased my second Mazda from this dealer After getting a 2016 Mazda 6 lease back in November of 2015, I returned for another one yesterday. This time I picked up a 2017 Mazda 3 for a second v After getting a 2016 Mazda 6 lease back in November of 2015, I returned for another one yesterday. This time I picked up a 2017 Mazda 3 for a second vehicle. Both of my leases I've dealt with Garrett. Really enjoy the non hassle environment and the customer service, Mazda of Elk Grove provides. If i were to have any gripe, they can have the car detailed a little better when you drive off. More
Great service I was greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Department. It was my second maintenance service on my new car. I needed a Oil chang I was greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Department. It was my second maintenance service on my new car. I needed a Oil change and rotate my tires. Billy immediately recognized me. Since I had a pre-paid maintenance contract he contacted the pre-paid company for approval which was very quick. Within less than an hour, my car was done. The service dept make you feel very comfortable and treat you with respect. Thank you service team. More
2nd Maintenance on my 2016 CX3 Well, had my second maintenance appointment on my 2016 CX3. First I love the car, second the service staff is so friendly and accommodating. I walked in and Billy greets me with a smile and a hello. He took my information and let me know that it would be about 90 minutes and that I was more than welcome to sit in the waiting area. The waiting area is very tidy and comfortable. I had also asked Billy how I could change my last name on my account with Mazda and get personally took me over to the Finance person and asked him what was the best route for me. It was very nice of him to break away from his area to take me over there. As I drove away from my service a light and alert sound went off in my car. I turned around and drove back to the service area and Billy saw me drive up and immediately was coming outside. He explained to me what the alert was about and I was comfortable with everything and drove away happy. I have been very happy with the service department at Mazda of Elk Grove. It makes it so much nicer to sit there and wait for the car because you know that you are treated well and you aren't considered just another car coming in for an oil change. Thank you Billy for the great service and every one in the service department you are all so pleasant to work with. :) More
