Attentative, no pressure vibe I came in to Elk Grove Mazda to see the new 2017 CX-5 and possibly trade in my 2015 CX-5. I have enjoyed my 2015 CX-5 tremendously but after reading t I came in to Elk Grove Mazda to see the new 2017 CX-5 and possibly trade in my 2015 CX-5. I have enjoyed my 2015 CX-5 tremendously but after reading the 2017 CX-5 reviews on the quiet cabin including the exterior redesign, my interest peaked in test driving the latest model and it didn't disappoint. I was hooked and proceeded to discuss my trade-in with Marcus Goins. Marcus was attentive, relaxed, with no pressure to trade-in and purchase, which put me at ease in completing my trade-in. Francisco processed the financing, friendly, cordial, attentive in getting me out the door as quickly as possible. More

She took the time to workout some monthly payment plans and interest rates being offered during that time. About a month later I returned but Jaik wasn't there and I talked to Garrett who actually closed deal via telephone; when I returned it was Jaik and Garrett who assisted in the vehicle delivery, both provided exceptional customer service. They each explained all features of the vehicle. It should be noted that everyone who I had contact with from the sales manager to finance (Francisco), they all provided superior customer service. However, Mazda of Elk Grove provided exceptional customer service (thank you Fritz!) and that is what sold us on finally purchasing after months of looking around. All my (and my parents) questions were answered thoroughly and the process was a lot quicker and easier than I was expecting.
