The service manager did not communicate the availability of the recalls I specifically scheduled for and I did not realize the recall that I scheduled for was not done until after I left. To be fair, the service manager is new and does not seem to have proper training or knowledge. I was not happy that I had to go back to get clarification and nothing was communicated to me until I asked. More
