Chris “jumped through hoops” to get the warranty company to do their work at their dealership and got me a loaner car with no hassle. His communication with me was excellent and I always felt like he was looking out for my best interest. So i requested the quote and test drive. Garrett was so good to provide us the quote and test drive confirmation by email and text message. After we arrived to the dealership, we meet with Garrett. Garrett is very friendly and good detail oriented. He explained the differences between sport and touring trims for us. While we are doing the test drive, he shows us how to use the functions for the car. After the test driving, we are very happy and decide to purchase the car. Garrett Oxnaes at Elk Grove Mazda contacted us Saturday afternoon. We negotiated the deal over the phone and took delivery that same evening. There were no unwelcome surprises or pressure; only the kind of professionalism and customer care that you just don't see as much as you really want to these days. We purchased our last two Mazdas at AutoNation Mazda before they pulled out of the Roseville Auto Mall a few months ago. We were VERY exited to hear from Garrett that Elk Grove Mazda will be setting up shop there shortly. That's a nice bonus considering we feel like we've begun a relationship with a dealer, and a salesman, that cares not only about the immediate sale but also everything that comes after.
