Nerves put to ease Pulled up right when Mazda just barely opened its doors and was greeted by Taylor. Taylor was quick to pull up the car I was interested in and showed me its quality. I felt bad he had to miss an appointment with another customer but he kept his focus on us. At one point we veered from the CX-5 and Taylor showed us the CX-9 without delay. He went as far as searching for any 2020 CX-9 in black or dark gray which was unsuccessful since all cars just arrived at port. I was meant for the CX-5 and Taylor worked with my parents and me to make sure we were happy with our price point. This is where things can become hectic but Taylor made it so easy I mentally kicked myself for not coming in sooner. He always checked on us and gave us updates on the CX-5's whereabouts. After all paperwork, he spent a couple more minutes going over the features making sure I was comfortable with the settings and with navigating them. From start to finish, Taylor maintained utmost courtesy, respect, and friendliness towards me and my parents. I'm glad Taylor was the Sales Rep who stepped out to greet us when we arrived. It was a pleasure to have worked with him on getting the car I wanted. Super excited about the purchase and happy about the smooth process! Thank you, Taylor!
